Glancing up at Sheko, the ultimate lifeform gave a small smile, before moving closer, kissing the former Chao once again. A surge of emotion shot up within his chest, the hedgehog finally understanding. This is what Maria meant... about falling in love with someone... I love Sheko-chan...

Haru's actions were soothing, causing Len to fall asleep rather quickly, cuddled close to his beloved. "Mmmm..." he murred while sleeping. Already in dreamland, he wasn't disturbed by the soft knocking on the bedroom door.

Silver's eyes shot open, giving a soft groan as he realised he'd overslept. Snappy was already awake, staring at nothing. Upon hearing his trainer wake, he turned around and gave a nod. The red-haired boy nodded back, giving a smile. "C'mon..." he said softly. "Let's go cheer him on."

Back at Kakariko, the children were playing together, stopping when a rumble came through the ground. Colin glanced around, eyes widening in shock as that same beast from before rode in, followed by its henchmen. It was heading directly for Beth. Quickly, Colin raced over and pushed her out of the way, before letting out a loud yell.

Pulling away a few moments later, Shadow glanced down, his breathing a little funny. It felt strange... but my body is screaming for more... what could this mean?

Belbet's small smile returned, and he gave a nod. "Mmh..." he mumbled softly. "Yes, thank you..." Evan seems more... vulnerable than usual...

It wasn't long before Shadow finished what was made for him, though he did share some with Sheko. Once it was all gone, he cast a glance at the former Chao, his slight smile suddenly fading. There it is again... that strange feeling... His stomach began to feel like there were... what did Maria call them... butterflies within them, and he felt his heartbeat increase. "Um..." he mumbled uncertainly. "Sheko..." No answer was given. With no real understanding of why he did so, he'd leaned closer to the hedgefox, letting his lips brush over the other's.

Link kept a good hold of Diggs' hand, Glancing up at Epona, his expression remained solemn. Things really are coming apart with the world. I only hope these Fused Shadows will help Midna with what she needs... Climbing atop the horse, he held his hand down for Diggs, to help him up.

Len let himself snuggle closer to his love, closing his eyes, a small smile on his face. I love you, Haru.

Finally releasing each other from their embrace, both Pokemon and Trainer sat down on the grass, before laying backwards and glancing up at the stars. They remained that way before falling asleep. I'll be cheering you on, Ethan...

Len was easily distracted from his thoughts by Haru's embrace. A shy smile came to his lips. "Haru..." he breathed. "Regardless of my inner turmoil, you always make it better. Thank you." The blond moved closer, pressing a chaste kiss to his boyfriend's lips.

Snappy glanced away, not making any movements when he heard Silver get to his feet. Hearing footsteps, he suddenly widened his eyes as his trainer, in a very out-of-character fashion, gave him a hug. "I never thought this for a long time..." the red-haired boy said softly. "...but you're probably my best friend. Thank you for being there for me, Snappy." The Pokemon remained silent from shock, before slowly hugging back. "The road was tough, but I always believed in you. I'm happy to have you as my master... my friend..."

Len's eyes filled with tears, the blond squeezing them shut. "I can still see it..." he choked out. "Rin's death... the guillotine... Kaito's conflicted expression... and the people all cheering..."

Silver gave a dark smile, looking over at his Feraligatr. "I used to always call him weak..." he mumbled. "But the reality is... he's far stronger than I can ever hope to be. I am truly the weak one, and--..." WHAM! Silver blinked as he saw one of Snappy's fists had slammed into the ground beside him, the Pokemon glaring back at his master. "Don't EVER say anything like that again, got it?! You are NOT weak!" Silver looked blank for a moment, before giving a small smile. "Thanks, Snappy..." he murmured. "I'm lucky to have you with me..."

Kaito gave a sad smile. "No need for apologies..." he assured. "I shouldn't have divulged that last part of information. It is... unpleasant... even for me." Back in the bedroom, Len had already stripped down, and was laying in bed, staring at the ceiling. He didn't move his gaze, even as he heard the door being quietly opened, and Haru's soft footsteps.
