  1. I was actually the first person to give her birthday greetz, on Facebook... several hours ago, because, y'know... timezone differences and such? But I'll say again... 御誕生日おめでとうございます、クサイちゃん!!! Oh... and I feel something strange happening... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGH! *gives birth to heaps more rainbow puppehz*
  2. The wolf continued to stare up at his beloved, closing his eyes as he reverted back to his original form. Opening his eyes once more, he embraced his beloved from behind. "Don't worry, love... we'll just get to the mirror, and reclaim our former glory. Then, we'll be out of there... and, well... whatever we please..."
  3. Umbra stretched his paws, before casting a glance up at his love. "I seem to recall that guy Fyer having a secret ride. I think it will allow us to get to the desert..."
  4. Umbra gave a secretive nod that only Midna could have seen. It's time to go back to all fours...
  5. The kiss was abandoned, the taller blond staring into his lover's eyes with fiery passion. "Touma..." he murmured. "It's time..."
  6. Umbra's smirk widened. "It would appear so. It would also appear that my beloved Dusky likes the idea of me returning to a wolf."
  7. The novelist made his own noise, before moving his lips once again to the producer's. Touma...
  8. Eiri's eyes burned into Touma's, his lips curled into a slight smile. "I know..." he whispered. "...that you enjoy it..."
  9. Umbra blinked at Midna's words, before glancing down at the ground. "Whatever you say..." Hearing his beloved tell them of their next destination, the tanned male gave a thoughtful sound, placing a finger on his forehead in thought. "The Mesa, huh? I wonder how we'll get there? There's no way we can teleport there yet. We'll have to think of..." Suddenly, he smirked once more. "I know what to do... I think we should return to the Lake..."
  10. The tanned male gave a wider smirk glancing to the side at Midna. "It... disturbs you to see us, doesn't it, my dear? Especially since you know the true power we are capable of..." Umbra's fangs showed, and he gave a soft snicker. "Don't you worry yourself. We won't do anything that will threaten the precious balance of the worlds..." His last words were spat out with contempt, and it was obvious he had a resentment towards the forces that kept the balance.
  11. I had such a blast. Being able to meet Charles Martinet was a mind-blowing experience, plus I had a whole bunch of fun as a Hunter. I had a few pictures taken, and got to be in character quite a bit. In the community hub area, they had a whole bunch of retro arcade games, a pool table, air hockey, and a really cool "spray-painting wall", which was actually software projected onto a screen. One of the arcade games was a variant of Sonic the Hedgehog (the MegaDrive/Genesis version), which omitted Marble Zone, Labyrinth Zone, and Scrap Brain Act 3, as well as the special stages. Instead of the 10 minute time limit, each level had to be completed within a certain time, which counted down. You only got 3 lives for the full run. I managed to get top scores, before it had to be turned off, due to one of the arcade joysticks breaking not long after I left it. However, all in all, I had such a blast. At this current time, I'm still in Sydney for another couple of days, and I plan on enjoying the rest of my time here. Now, I leave you with some pics of my own... Â The Hunter Prepares... Subdued by Master Chief... Confronting Umbrella Corporation... The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Hunter... Hunter - Assassinated Â
  12. I'm moving this topic to a more appropriate forum. As this game was found as a video on YouTube, I've moved it to the Videos section. If the author wishes to post info about it, they can post it in the Modifications section.
  13. Umbra gave a pleased smile, before taking Dusk's hand in his. However, he let go once he noticed something nearby. Walking towards it, he knelt down and gave a small chuckle. "Well... what do we have here? A crystal containing the dark power I was cursed with? Midna, I think you'd better take this. If I touch it, I'll return to a wolf again..." Suddenly, a devilish grin came to his lips. "Wait... this can be an advantage... and since Zant was kind enough to give us this... gift... we should make good use of it, no?"
  14. Wanna see what happened with my 3DS XL? Yup! Signed by the one and only Charles Martinet! Also... on the back: Woo Hoo!!! Oh, and I also pre-ordered Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
  15. Let me knock you off your high pony to tell you this: As Blinx said, graphics does not a game make. Sure, graphics can be important, but remember... I started with the Atari 2600, which had virtually no graphics. It was just a few blocky pixels, but the games were addictive. Next came the NES, and I loved those, and then 16-bit, 32-bit... and... y'see where I'm going? The game doesn't need to have flash graphics to be good. As for L4D2 on PC, I have it too, but as Blinx has said in the past, his PC can't handle games of those caliber. Hence my disappointment. Also, RROD? You people and your original model Xbox 360s. I have a slim. They don't red-ring... they just fail if you use them improperly.
  16. *reads, thinks of his Xbox 360 sitting back at home, and sighs* I wanna play it... Seriously, though... I've not had a single problem with the XB360, aside from that account hacking that recently took place, and now, everything is good again. I will agree about the whole, paying for online play, but when you take into account how much better the M$ servers are over Sony's, that puts things into perspective for me. There are also no real decent games that are PS3 exclusive (to me, anyway), so for me, it'd just be an expensive BluRay player. Plus, L4D/L4D2 aren't on PS3, nor is the original Mass Effect. Oh, and don't get me started on...-- Okay... enough of my comment. I'm just going to say that I was hoping to play some L4D2 with you, Blinx... but it seems that will not come to be.
  17. Hey, guys... just wanted to let you know that I am currently in Sydney for a week, so my internet access may not be as active as usual. So, I will leave the site in the hands of Naxy and Sakura (and Zeth if he manages to make it online somehow). Behave, or I'll raep ya...
  18. No pictures as of yet, but I recently got myself a Turtle Beach X42 Headset for my Xbox 360. Also, and Zeth was the first to hear about this, I got my 3DS XL yesterday. I purchased the US version, as my regular 3DS was NTSC-U, and System Transfer won't work between regions. Plus, I have two US games for it anyway, as well as Ambassador games which there was no way in hell I'd lose, especially The Minish Cap, since it is hands-down, my favourite Zelda title.

  21. I am pleased to announce the winner of the first of what I hope is many GCN Community Challenges: ZethN64 Zeth actually played through each game rather quickly, and managed to get rather awesome times. As someone who is good at puzzle games, he found them to be rather easy at times, but did maintain a strong hatred of Medusa and Don Medusa. Regardless, I was actually able to listen to him playing the games, and was amused at some of his reactions. However, his winning put me in a bind, because the prize I had planned, was some URA Expansion content that I have been working on. But since Zeth is the leader of the team, this content is something he is aware of. So, instead, I decided to give the $10 prize as a replacement. Had he beat my times, I would have given him $25, but unfortunately (though not for my bank account, lol) he was unsuccessful in that endeavour. Now, I will post the times provided for each game: MEMBER LOLO 1 LOLO 2 LOLO 3 OVERALL ZethN64 0:22:18 0:47:55 1:41:23 2:51:36 wolfkid12 1:47:38 1:22:00 2:03:59 5:13:37 Shadow Fire 0:21:53 0:32:38 1:22:10 2:18:41 Well done, and thank you to the participants. Stay tuned for the next challenge!
  22. Time is up! I am collecting the results now... stay tuned for the update...
  23. Gamemaster: Shadow Fire REMAINING TIME TIME HAS EXPIRED! You are all hereby challenged to play CrackOut. CrackOut is an Arkanoid/Breakout clone created by Konami and released for the NES in 1986. Gameplay is similar to the original, but with a few changes. I have also provided a PDF form of the official instructions. CONTENTS The download pack will contain the following: [*]CrackOut [*]A copy of the rules and some info [*]PDF of the official instruction manual [*]A text file, titled after the game, for completion time/date to be recorded, along with any comments you wish to provide. If you need the emulator, click here. RULES There will be a few rules in place to allow for a fair go: [*]You must complete the game from start to finish. Once you are complete, you must record the time it took you to beat the game. [*]If you notice the KONAMI Man shooting down from the ceiling, DO NOT capture him. If avoiding him means sacrificing your superball, just allow the ball to be lost. This rule is added for your own sanity. [*]The clock must be initiated upon pressing START, stopping only once the credits are complete. [*]No save states are to be used. [*]You are not permitted to use passwords. Passwords are given upon loss of all chances, however, even upon earning a GAME OVER, time must keep ticking. You will still be able to select CONTINUE to retry from where you last were. [*]No game guides are permitted to be used, aside from the original instruction manuals which can be found online. Then again, guides are kinda pointless for a game like this. =P [*]Sound must be enabled, and playing clearly for you. For the best experience, the music and sounds are necessary. [*]External controllers are permitted, to make things easier (or harder, depending on your setup). [*]Do not post your times here. Instead, send me a PM with the provided text files, subject name being CrackOut Challenge. [*]In order to finish the game, you will need to enter a password, of which its letters can be found in the walls of certain levels. You will need to find them on your own, or make an educated guess. Or, I could just tell you that the password is... The community challenge will have a deadline: 10:00PM on October 23, 2012 (Australian Eastern Standard Time). You can use an online timezone converter to find out when exactly that is in your timezone, or simply look at the provided countdown timer above. PRIZE The person with the fastest overall time will be awarded with a prize. CONTENDERS No contenders at this time... DOWNLOAD To download the pack and get started, click here. Download, and enjoy! Good luck!
  24. Good news, everyone! I'm extending the challenge for an extra day. Get into gear and finish the challenge.
