"I bet she misses ya. You should go see her." Lucillia grinned, before she headed off, Bunce following beside her. --- Vivi had headed down the steps, sitting at the bottom, tears falling from his eyes, hitting the stone pavement under him, though he was trying to stop himself. He couldn't help it... he felt like his heart was hurting. I feel so dumb... Zidane is nice to me cause I'm like a little kid... besides, he really likes the princess... t-there's no way he could... He wasn't even able to finish the sentence in his head before he ended up choking. "It's the start of a bad omen when a child like yourself is crying like they had lost someone." Vivi lifted his head, as he looked over his shoulder, finding a woman standing behind him dressed in a clad of red. "W...What...?" "My name is Freya Crescent... let's get you somewhere out of the open, and talk, hmm?"

"Um... Zidane, I---" "Who's the weird kid? Why is he hiding his face?" Lucillia piped up. A small whimper escaped from, before he muttered a small 'excuse me' and headed out of the hideout.

"Yeah. Uncle Baku said if we find some treasure, we can be in Tantalus, too." Vivi felt a little...sad suddenly. Was the affection that Zidane gave to him no different than how he was treating these two kids?

Vivi seemed to recoil little bit, slipping away from Zidane as the two little kids came into the room. "I told you he'd be here!" Said the little girl, Lucillia.

OFF TOPIC: I'm back, sorry about that, guys... I haven't been feeling good lately Movement seemed to come from under the rubble, as a bruised hand crawled out, a blue light surrounding the male, as he was coughing a bit. "Huff... huff... my head... what the heck happened...?"

Vivi calmed his shaking now that he knew it wasn't anything bad. He managed to look up, only to find Zidane was drifting off into space. "What's wrong?"

Vivi gave a small nod, only for the bells that were inside of the hideout to go off, and scared him, as he clung to Zidane from the sudden loud noise.

Vivi stared at him, as he bowed his head, rather glad he was wearing his hat now... he didn't want to show off how red his face had just gotten. "N-No... I don't."

Vivi tried to think of something to say... he wanted Zidane to feel better. "Back in Alexandria, um... why did you take me along?" ...Okay, that wouldn't cheer him up, but he was curious.

Vivi held his hands together, not sure what to say. He followed Zidane into the hideout, as he went over, and gently took his hand again. "Zidane..."

Vivi frowned softly. He knew Zidane didn't... well... for him... um... But he knew Zidane really liked Dagger... why was he flirting with these girls? "Go away!" The leader seemed to snap, "We're waiting for Lowell!"

Vivi blushed heavily, hiding behind Zidane. "I don't want to... they're scary..." One of the girls turned around as Zidane and Vivi got too close. "Hey stop pushing! Hey, who are you?!"

Vivi followed beside Zidane as they went through Lindblum. He was pretty much like an excited little kid the whole trip. He had never been on the carts that take them from one district to another, so he rather amazed. There was so many people... back where he lived, a lot of people hid away in their homes out of fear of going outside and getting robbed. Vivi saw a bunch of girls run down the steps in excitement as they came near the hideout, as he looked at Zidane. "What's going on down there?"

Vivi felt his blush get even worse from under his hat, as he held the other's hand, giving a small squeeze. "Sure... I wouldn't mind..."

Vivi was blushing softly... why did Zidane have to do that to him? "Do they still live here?"

Vivi felt his cheeks go red from under his hat. Zidane was hugging him... and it felt good. "W-Wow... I didn't know that..."

Vivi wasn't able to sleep very much, there was so many people and they were so noisy, even at this time of day. "Lindblum is really a busy place. I've never seen this many people before. I wonder where people go if they wanna be alone..."

---- Morning had finally come, and Vivi and Zidane had been given a place to sleep in the inn down in the Business District. Vivi opened the door to the room that he and Zidane had gone to sleep in last night... he was glad he always woke up before Zidane, cause his hat had fallen off again while he was sleeping. "Good morning."

"Is that so? I'm sorry, I'll have to decline your invitation. I have to look around the city a little longer." Freya laid the payment down for her drink.

"Lazy bum." She muttered in between his slurps against his soup and her sips at her drink before she heard if she would ever go back home. "...I have no reason to return to Burmecia. There is nothing there for me anymore."

Freya took another sip, seeming lost in thought for a moment. "No..." She sighed, thinking about him just seemed to hurt... her ears seemed to perk a bit as she was asked why she was in this city. "The Festival of the Hunt. What else? It's a good oppurtunity to test my skills."

The one called Freya rolled her eyes, before she leaned against the bar counter again, and gripped against her cup, as Zidane's soup was set in front of him. "...Same old Zidane. Been around three years since I've seen you..."

The obviously looked like it pissed her off, her tail seeming to stand up a bit from her as she was holding back the urge to hit him. "You nasty little - "

"You forgot my name?" She laid her hand on his chest, seeming offended.

A tiny little flinch went through her as she was called that. "Rat-face... After I finish my drink, I'm gonna kick your butt." "Hey, Zidane, take it outside." The bar owner yelled over at the tailed blonde. The woman turned to face Zidane, before a shocked expression ran over his face. "Long time, Zidane."
