Diggs reached out, as he brought his arms tightly around Link, giving a small squeeze. "Come on... let's get this over with so we can save the prince and get the last Fused Shadow..." Diggs pulled Link along, heading away from the lake, though a few things were still bothering him... when they did rid of the world of the Twilight that was plaguing them... what would happen to him? Would he stay here in the world of the light, or would he have to go back to the same world that Midna was from? He didn't want to live without Link...
-
Diggs shuddered a little bit, causing him to close his eyes, before opening them slowly, his eyes looking like they were stuck in a trance of some sort, one of his eyes going red while the other stayed blue, allowing him to see the vision that Lanayru was revealing to them, though the older male was a little scared to see it.
-
Diggs jumped on top of the creature, as the red energy field appeared around him, surrounding the bug, before he released it, and lashed out, attacking the legs on the massive dark bug, before he fell into the water. He looked as the bug fell into the water as well, seeming to curl up as its life ended, leaving it to implode, before releasing the final tear of light, as it flew into the vessel, which began to glow now that all of the tears had been collected, as the two of them were sent back to the lake. "You make sure to get that last Fused Shadow, now! Eee hee! See you later!" Midna quickly backflipped out of sight, as the lake began to glow, showing that the light spirit was beginning to reveal itself.
-
Garnet blushed a little, trying to make it look less obvious that she was embarrassed. "W-What are you waiting for? Go talk to your boss so we can hurry after the boy..."
-
"I'll go with you if it all works out... I want to make sure he is okay." Garnet squeezed her hands together, feeling a little nervous about asking to accompany him. Hopefully he wouldn't be like everyone else and forbid her to do anything because she was the princess.
-
"He only got captured because those things were after me... will you be able to save him?"
-
Garnet slowly picked herself up from the bed she was resting against, as she looked over at the blonde she had met in the castle, and had saved her from the Cage Plant. "Oh, you're here... I wished to thank you for saving my life."
-
"Are you crazy? You know Baku is going to kick your ass again..." Blank sighed, running his hand through his hair, sighing, "Even if you did manage to defeat Baku, your really not planning to go after the kid by yourself, are you?"
-
Diggs looked at him, giving a soft nod, as he lunged forward, keeping the giant bug in his sights, jumping out of the way anytime it would come towards him, with the intent of knocking him off the platform into the water below.
-
---- Blank emerged from the room where the princess was resting, as he shut the door behind him and leaned against it, finding Zidane was by the staircase, obviously looking troubled. "Hey. What's got you all worked up? You brought the princess back, and all the plant's seeds were removed from her body." He had heard yelling coming from the upstairs, and he could only guess that Baku and Zidane had another fight about something.
-
"No worries, my little wolves, I'll get you back there in no time~" With that, Midna warped the two wolves back to Lake Hylia, as Diggs swam over towards the rocks that seemed to make a circle in the water, as he saw the sparks that were hovering in the air, before he focused on it, only to see that the bug in front of him was about 100 times bigger than the ones before. "Damn..."
-
Garnet brushed the sweat away from her forehead, not used to using so many spells at once. "Yes, I am just fine..." She managed to say that, as the Cage Plant picked itself up, and sprayed a gas into the air, which got Garnet and Steiner by surprise, but Zidane managed to flip out of range, as the young princess fainted nearly instantly.
-
Garnet managed to use her white magic in order to keep her energy up anytime the Cage Plant would try to absorb her strength. It didn't take long for the plant to spasm a bit, before falling limp to the ground, the appendages falling limp so she was finally free, as she carefully climbed off the monster that had tried to capture her.
-
"Be careful! Inside of this thing, I don't think I can use my white magic on you guys!" Garnet yelled out, as the two of them were attacking the Cage Plant, not planning to show this one any mercy after taking the young kid away like it did.
-
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're going to be right, this is the last of the light spirits and temples that we have to go through..." Diggs barked, before the two of them headed off once more to get rid of the dark bugs and retrieve the tears of light for Lanayru.
-
Vivi felt himself being thrown backwards from the attack, as he grabbed against the bar like appendages trapping him inside. Knowing it's master would be pissed if it didn't bring it's prey back to him, as it suddenly lunged into the air, carrying the little mage off with him. "Help!" Vivi cried out, reaching his arm through the appendages in Zidane's direction, before it disappeared with him inside.
-
"Ugh... well, that was painful..." Diggs mumbled, as he slowly picked himself up, shaking the water out of his fur, as Midna was sitting in the air like usual, seeming to have her arms behind her head. "Ugh... Aren't you awake yet? Look! We got washed all the way down to Lake Hylia, just as I predicted... And it looks like we're right in front of the spirit's spring, to boot. Talk about lucky... Well, let's go! Snap out of it and get to the spirit!" Diggs gently nudged Link, the two getting up, and heading into the entrance of the spring.
-
Vivi managed to open one eye, as he heard him call out to use his spells on the creature. "O...Okay..." He picked himself up, as his body began to glow, before he pressed his hands into the floor of the cage plant, as flames began to surround it, making it shriek.
-
A glowing light seemed to catch Vivi's attention, as he looked over, seeing a light reddish light was surrounding the male he had met while on the Theatre Ship. It looked like the energy raising power called Trance. He didn't have much time to muse over the subject, as the two tentacles of the plant raised up near Vivi, and caused the cage to glow, as the boy cried out, since his energy was being absorbed from him in order to feed off his energy.
-
The princess and the young boy ran away as fast as they could, but as they were coming up the hill, Vivi tripped, leaving the princess to skid against the grass. "Are you alright!" She called over, about to turn around. "No, stay back!" He called out. As he was saying that, a shadow took over his own, and darkness consumed him, causing the older girl to scream in fright.
-
"...ey! Hey, wake up!" The little mage opened his eyes slowly, as he found the princess was above him, and was gently patting his face. "Come on, we landed a distance away from the Theatre Ship, we have to keep moving." She told him, carefully helping him to his feet. Vivi held her hand, as she led him through the forest, the little one rather scared... he had heard about the Evil Forest... those who had landed inside of it never came out in the end...
-
Vivi was shaking a bit, feeling someone's arms were around him, as he barely had a chance to look up, finding a pair of blue eyes looking down at him. "We're gonna crash!" Someone yelled as the little black mage's vision seemed to grow dark.
-
"It's gonna explode!" Vivi cried out in fear, trying to get the knight to turn around, as he found the older was running towards him, as he gasped, barely able to get out of the way in time. "Steiner! Please, turn around!" Garnet called over, hoping to get through to him, since the bomb was getting bigger as they spoke.
-
Vivi was looking at him, his golden eyes having tears in them....he gently squeezed his hand, as Garnet pointed out the Bomb that was heading right for them.
-
The crows were gasped as the airship was lifting into the sky, obviously trying to make its escape. The Queen was not thrilled with the idea, as she was ordering her soilders to have it brought down since it had her daughter on board. Vivi screamed as he saw giant chained harpoons being fired at the ship, as it crashed into the stage in front of him, knocking him backwards from the sudden shock. Garnet rushed forward, trying to help the little boy get to safety, who was softly crying, obviously from the shock.
