The scythe pulled away, having a big smile on his lips. "Of course, really..." He gently trailed his fingers against the older's cheek.

Soul gently held his shoulders, as he pressed another warm kiss against his forehead. "I love you."

"If I tell you... will you say what you were thinking about before?" He reached out, lightly holding the other's chin.

Soul seemed to have a little smile. It was different than his usual fanged grin, it seemed soft. "Do you really want to know?"

"You are." Soul replied, as he reached out, and gently held the other's shoulder. "But I like to hear what's on your mind. To feel closer to you, not just cause your my meister."

Soul had a little laugh escape him. 'I can't help that you look so cute "If you had told me what you were hiding, I wouldn't have done it. So there."

The two finally made it home to Kid's house, as the doors closed, as the taller male carefully set Kid back down on his feet. "Here ya go. We're back home now."

Soul chuckled, since Kid felt warmer now... haha, he probably made it worse... but he had his focus on something other than the people who quickly looked the other way when Soul glared at them. "It'll be okay, we're almost home." He leaned close, and lightly kissed him on the forehead.

'I would kinda like it if you did do that for me...' "Come on, Kid, you've got your eyes covered, you don't see anything. All you hear is me, and all you feel is me, right?"

Soul had a little smile on his lips as he headed back to their house, as he held the other close, having his head rest against his chest, the small thump of the scythe's heartbeat heard in Kid's ear. "Come on, Kid, it's not that bad is it...?"

A evil grin appeared on his face. "Fine, if that's how you want it." With ease, Soul grabbed Kid, and pulled him into his arms, as if he was carrying his new bride, making the other customers in the store blink as the scythe boy carried him out into the street.

"I've done it before, I'll do it again..." He grinned... he didn't like getting Kid so flustered, but he was kinda hoping he would say no, and he would have an excuse to carry him and sneak in a cuddle or two.

"Come on, lemme know or I'll carry you home like last time." He had a big smirk, showing that he wasn't joking.

"Aww, come on, you can tell meeee!" Soul had his arms around, squeezing him tightly, even with the little squirms that were coming from the young shinigami.

Soul tilted his head, a little question mark appearing. "Your rather quiet. What's up?"

"Is he preparing for your retrial?" Evan was sitting beside him, Guys had been working hard, gathering information that would prove his innocence. From Belbet, himself, Jose, Ion, even Vallewida. Durer and Guildas have been very hard on the poor thing, and sometimes, he would find him crying before he was allowed to help fix him up from the wounds left on him. If he got everything he needed, he was happy for the boy.

He hadn't caused any trouble in a long time, since Central City was destroyed, and even though he had been their enemy in the past... Tails was worried about the doctor.

Soul waved a bit. "Take care, you guys." Patty did her usual hyper goodbye and wave, before hurrying after her big sister and meister. "That was fun. True I don't like the idea of going to school, but the people there are interesting."

"Anyway, Maka, I think we should get going." "Yeah! You gotta study for that test that's coming up! I promise to be quiet while you do!" Patty promising to be quiet? Must be important.

"I would ask the question like Soul did... but I think we'll let it wait til we know you more than one day." Liz teased, Patty busy giggling as well.

"Aww, your so mean... and I care about you so much." He gave little puppy eyes with his teasing tone in his voice, his head resting on the other's arm.

Soul seemed to grin, resting his head against his folded arms on the table. "Like your symmetry." "Symmetry? That sounds interesting." Patty smiled in amusement.

Soul rubbed the back of his head. "Sorry about that. It just slipped out." Liz waved her hand. "Patty and Maka get into these little arguments every so often. It gets to be normal after a short amount of time."
