He was starting to get it... He had a bad feeling who might have killed Jake Darling in order for Belbet to end up here... Bollanet... He frowned, gently squeezing the other's shoulder.
-
"Oooh. It's heavy." Diggs teased as he saw Link trying to lift them with little success. "You can probably tell, those boots are made of iron, lad. Whoever wears 'em won't easily be pushed around...even by a Goron. If you're fixin' to fight a Goron, be sure to wear those boots. ...Let's be square, though, lad: You can't ever tell ANYONE about those boots! 'Specially Renado!" Bo explained, as Diggs picked up the boots, and wrapped them up in his bag to carry. Link needed to travel light, and he could handle the weight. "Come on, Link, let's get back to Kakariko. I'm excited to get this started."
-
Diggs watched in amazement as Link easily pushed Bo out of the ring, his ears perking. "Whoo! You go, Link!" Bo picked himself and coughed a little to make it look like he had this under control. "Whoa ho! Not too shabby, lad! With your natural talent, I'm sure you can take on the Gorons... You've got a sight stronger in the short time you've been gone, Link... Strong as you are, though, you can't hope to beat the Gorons wrestlin' with power alone. Those Gorons are made of rock! Naw, the secret to beatin' the Gorons...is locked away in that chest. Take it with you, lad." He pointed to the chest he kept in the corner. Diggs remembered wanting to open that thing but Bo would never let him do it, no matter how many times he defeated him in a test of strength. He stood beside Link as the blonde easily opened the chest so they could see what was inside.

Evan listened to him carefully. A body in a cemetary... Everything stinks... even a human... Make a hole in my guts, Darling... The journalist carefully picked Belbet up, and carried him inside. "Bel... does this have to do with what happened to Jake...?"
-
Sheko had a little smile on his face. Shadow always looked like he was trying to find something better about the human race, despite the flaws they all carried. Everyone had them... even the adorable chao. Sheko finished off his fruit salad, before crawling over, and cuddled over by the older hedgehog.
-
Sheko stared at Shadow for a moment, before setting the fork down, his ears seeming to droop a little. "I know you don't wanna hear this from me, Shadow... but... humans aren't horrible..."
-
"You were gone for so long... even before the portals were closed down to keep those creatures from entering the gardens... I thought you had gotten hurt..." His big gold eyes stared at Shadow, though they looked wet from tears that hadn't been shed yet.
-
"Haha, don't feel bad, Link, he told me the same thing when I beat him for the first time. Just humor him, he's getting older, ya know." Bo twitched and looked over at the young power house. "You hush boy!" Diggs was snickering, as they got into the arena once more for the final battle before the secret to Bo beating the Gorons would be shared.
-
"Everything will be fine... I promise, Belbet..." Evan continued to trace his fingers against his back, feeling the smaller's trembles were calming down. Belbet would be okay. He would take care of him. Guys would be fine... Vallewida and Shion would look out for him. Things would get better... "Come on... we better get inside..."
-
A soft purr escaped from the small hedgefox, his tail wagging softly as he felt the kiss against his forehead. He always seemed to feel warm whenever Shadow was near and giving him attention. "You know... I was really worried about you, Shadow..."
-
Diggs watched the two struggle to push each other out of the ring, though Diggs' day dreams were going off into nowhere as he was imagining both him and Link without shirts and trying to wrestle each other... hehe XD He was snapped out of his thought as he heard a thud, looking up to see Link had knocked Bo out of the ring.
-
Evan narrowed his eyes a bit. "Belbet!" He held the other by the shoulders, staring at his sad looking eyes. "Don't say that please...I don't think I could handle seeing you so hurt... or even..." The word dead. He couldn't use it on anyone other than himself. He held the sobbing male in his arms, tears of his own gathered in the corners. "I dun care if anyone sees you as a bad luck... I don't want to lose you."
-
Diggs was forced to watch in the corner since Bo had never beaten him in this before... In order to win the trust of the Gorons, they had to best them in a test of strength... in the tradition of a sumo wrestling. The older's ears perked in excitement as Link was standing up there on the platform, no longer wearing a shirt... his cheeks were red... in his chibi form, there were wolf ears and a tail and the tail was wagging in excitement, and the tongue was hanging out. Oh god... Shirtless Link... I've died and gone to Heaven...
-
Evan held Belbet close to him, gently threading his fingers through his hair. He was sad to see the other male crying. "There wasn't much that could be done... other than you getting shot too, Belbet... it's going to be okay... don't cry..." He leaned close and lightly pecked the other on the forehead.
-
Sheko looked a little puzzled as he stared at the fruit in his bowl. He knew it was delicious, but he never heard of it being beautiful. "I'm glad you like it, Shadow."
-
"What's that, now? The Gorons of Death Mountain? I see... So Renado told you that... Well, it's true...I did defeat the Gorons in a contest of strength and earned their trust. ...With the help of a little secret. I CAN teach you the secret...but can you promise that you absolutely, positively will NOT disclose it to anyone?" Diggs brought his hands up in defense. "You have my word on it, I won't tell anyone."
-
Evan and Vallewida made it outside, hurrying over to help Guys before it was too late. "It's gonna be okay, Guys, I'll take care of you.." The silver haired male whispered, cradling him close. Evan watched as the former soldier ran towards the medical center as fast as he could, as he looked down at Belbet... he wasn't sure what to say. He knelt down carefully, and gently laid his arms around him, holding him tightly. "Belbet... I'm sorry..."
-
Sheko was nibbling on a piece of the mango in his fruit salad, as he looked over at the crimson stained hedgehog, having a little smile. "Would you like some, Shadow? It's nummy." He lifted his fork, which had a couple pieces of pineapple and mango.
-
"Belbet!" Evan hurried over to the male, seeming pretty surprised to see the male had cut most of his hair off. "I've looked everywhere for you, what's going on?"
-
Evan was beginning to get tired, having searched nearly everywhere in the prison, as he came in front of the library, the last spot he hadn't checked yet. He slowly opened the door and looked inside.
-
Shadow nodded softly. "Thank you, Shadow..." He was gently set on his feet, as he began to dig through the fruit bowl in order to get his favorite fruits.
-
"...You say that as if I want to find her..." Diggs mumbled, as he opened the door to Bo's house, seeing the mayor inside looking shocked to see the two males.
-
"A fruit salad sounds fine... I'm not exactly a carnivore..."
-
---- "I'm kinda nervous about this... what are we supposed to tell him about Ilia...?" Diggs looked over at the blonde, nervousness showing as he was biting his lip.
-
Diggs held Link tightly, as he brought the blanket over their bodies as he closed his eyes, quickly falling asleep next to his beloved... this felt nice... finally getting to cuddle with him as a couple.
