i cant believe the age of most people. this is the most technical forum i visit, at least in the way of how complicated hacking and modding games can be. i honestly expected most to be late 20's. as for myself i'm 21 and i dont know half of what these "kids" know. props to all the young uns, wish id found this site earlier, maybe id know a lot more than i do now.

thanks alot man, just looked over your profile and it sound like we have pretty similar goals. im literally looking for a starting point where did you learn how to hack games. is there any programs i need or anything?

Hey guys been lurking around here for the last month or so after discovering the site and it seems like a really friendly place. I've became rather interested in hacking and creating new content for games after finding things like ura project, some of the super mario 64 hacks and the upcoming mumbos wand tool. Basically ive got absolutely no experience in this sort of thing, but have a huge love for gaming, especially the late 90's era and pretty much all things nintendo; although not exclusively. So basically i would like some suggestions of where to start, I would really like to make a hack of super mario 64 turning peach's castle to bowsers, including all new levels inside the castle. i know this is probably a very complicated thing to do and i wont have the skill straight away but like i said i just want somewhere to start building my skills. so theres my introduction and plea for help thanks for reading guys!
