  1. Quick update: The vastly superior Operation Moonfall petition has about 4500 signatures on it's official petition page. Screw that other petition, this one is going places
  2. In the same vein as the MML3 petition, someone has created a 100,000 Strong for Majora's Mask 3D remake petition thingy. It can be found HERE. This doesn't nearly have as much attention as MML3 (nor should it), but I really hope it makes it to a substantial number. This petition is the result of this statement from Eiji Aonuma: Full story HERE.
  3. Yeah, I could never learn something that quick on keyboard. Only guitar
  4. oh my god I saw this like two weeks ago. soooooo funny

    OoT 3D on a PC?

@xdaniel - The 3DS uses a modified ARM architecture, which was used on DS. @BlackRose - Doubt we'll see an emulator yet. I managed to obtain the only three 3DS roms dumped so far (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars, Super Monkey Ball 3D & Lego Star Wars III). I tried booting them on the emulator that to coool linked to, and they all crashed, showing similar errors for when you boot a non-gba/nds game. This is clearly a repack of 2.6a. You're either gonna have to save up for a 3DS, or wait at the very least 1-2 years before we see any sort of proper emulation/flashcarts.
  6. Indeed. If we see a remake, we definitely need more masks and stuff. This is the perfect game to add stuff to, rather than to please the fans by not modifying it.
  7. Miyamoto would never do a fourth day though. It'd go against his code of keeping the base of the story true. I'd just like to see more functionality come out of the FD mask. It's only useful for 3 bosses, if that.

    Add Sexy Me

    Mine is: 2621-2684-2046
  9. Boss challenge isn't really necessary, as you can already go back and face the bosses in N64. I'd like to see them actually REMAKE this one, not keeping it true to the original. The production time was about 1 year, which leads me to believe that it was semi-rushed, and a lot of stuff was left out (Especially considering it came out at the end of the N64's lifespan).
  10. Haha, awesome. Thanks. UPDATE: New server: irc.spotchat.org #gcn
  11. Cool Shadow Fire, if you don't mind, I'd like to change the room's server to irc.spotchat.org. Freenode's been giving me some troubles. Hope it's okay with you.
  12. Looks pretty cool! Can't wait for the patch
  13. The **UNOFFICIAL** GCN IRC has been made. Enjoy! irc.spotchat.org #gcn This is a general IRC, because I like to get to know people in communities through chat, rather than actual forums. This IRC is labeled as the **UNOFFICIAL** IRC, because it will have no affiliation with The GCN forums, with the exception of general news/hot topic stuff. We expect nothing to go from the IRC to the forums, or vice versa. Basic etiquette rules apply to this IRC; no trolling, no excessive swearing, no pornographic materials. As a general rule, you should keep the IRC at a PG-13 rating. Rules are subject to change sporadically.
  14. Yeah, I don't like any of these games enough to get a 3DS at launch. I'm going to wait for the inevitable Ocarina of Time 3DS bundle

    Heya

Hey everyone. In my relentless search for a proper Ocarina of Time editor, I stumbled upon this place, from here: http://www.zeldauniverse.net/forums/advertising/109492-zelda-hacking-gcn-gamers-collective-network.html Really excited to see xdaniel's editor in full glory Other than that, this seems like an awesome community. I'm glad to be here.
  18. *very* excited for this release. I few people along with myself plan on making a full OoT hack, and Utility of Time is killing me Very confusing indeed. Your editor is in alpha stages and in all honesty, it looks a looooot better than UoT. Keep up the good work!! ~~~ Edit: Quick question; I was wondering if it's possible in any way to add voice acting to the game for cutscenes, or standing NPCs. I know voice acting itself has been done on N64 (Star Fox, Conker's Bad Fur Day), and I think it'd be totally awesome if we could add it to OoT/MM. Also, will you be adding support for texture editing?
