I just ordered ICO & Shadow Of the Colossus colection and Star Ocean Last Hope International version.More importantly, I just got Journey on PSN and it's gone straight into my top 10 games of all time. The overwhelmingly beautiful visuals, the breathtaking soundtrack and the incredible atmosphere truely made it one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences of my life. If you've got a Playstation 3 and you've not played Journey - get it.

Theory time -Sakurai recently said that older characters are going to be cut due to time restraints. I doubt this means less characters than previous installments, but I think it'll be more like they've done in the past.I think that Marth (and possibly Ike) will be replaced by a character from the latest 3DS Fire Emblem installment. I also think that it's likely that New-Mewtwo will make an appearance, probably instead of Lucario. ROB will be cut, and possibly Star Wolf or Ice Climbers.As far as new characters go, there hasn't been a successful first party IP from nintendo (that isn't Mario, Zelda, Metroid or Donkey Kong) for years. I'm not including Animal Crossing or Wii Fit for obvious reasons, haha. So, as with previous titles, I think they're going to try rebooting an old IP by including an old character (Marth and Roy accidentally boosted Fire Emblem, then Pit was included in Brawl - then later received a reboot).However, all of that aside, I think that this will be relevant to new smash bros... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wonderful_101

So I've been watching bleach, pretty casually, but I've got one major problem with it so far.Without spoilers, does it keep the "monster of the week" thing going for every single episode?So far I can pretty much guarantee that episodes will have a tiny bit of character development and then there'll be a new hollow to fight. I was just wondering if it stays like that.Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying it, but I think it might get a bit samey after a while.

I saw a film called "2012 Doomsday". The dvd art looked exactly the same as 2012, which was right next to it, so I grabbed the wrong one by mistake.It's a christian message film about 2012 being the second coming of Jesus.Scenes include giant hail stones killing a man by smashing a window (that miraculously fixes itself a few seconds later), a camera panning out to reveal the rig it's moving on, Multiple characters revealing their sinful pasts just before everyone else ascends to heaven and finally, Jesus Christ being reborn.... In a mayan temple.....Dem christians cray.

I've played Lacrosse for England u19s and I'm currently part of the Scotland men's team. Did I mention I'm a goal tender? Well... It's my job to stop solid balls that travel at 90+ mph.I've broken every digit on both hands (multiple times) fractured my shin once, fractured my left wrist, had two concussions and torn a muscle in my right shoulder.Also I have no feeling in my right shin and most of my left one.Other than that, I just get loads of bruises. Standard for lacrosse, haha...Aside from lacrosse, the dumbest injury I ever had was punching through a window in the front door of my house.My brother wouldn't let me in, so I tried to knock loudly so he'd get annoyed. I just ended up with a bloody hand, haha.

I just showed this page to my friend, who advised me that I sound very condescending in my tutorial. I'd just like to make it clear that I'm trying not to sound like a know-it-all. I've never tried writing tutorials before, so the only way I can really "teach" is how I've always been taught, which is in a pretty blunt manner. On another note, I'd also like to say that my compositions aren't perfect. However, you may call me big headed for thinking this, but I do think that they are of a higher standard than other stuff that I've seen since arriving here. I put this down to years in music education and actually having to do this as a job. Ultimately, I just want to help people to achieve the standard of music writing that they want and I'll be more than happy to help with any composition/production related questions. I'd just like to say, I'm disappointed that Megaman from the Battle Network series probably won't be anything more than a sticker or trophy Also, on the Final Fantasy topic. That was more my way of saying "Final Fantasy probably isn't going to be in SSB at all". With FFXV being PS4 exclusive and recent Nintendo consoles getting nothing but the occasional re-release of older titles, I strongly doubt that any representative of Final Fantasy will make it in. I get your points, they make tons of sense. But unless there's something for Ninty to gain from it (namely a bigger reboot of FF on Nintendo consoles), I can't see it happening.

Here's a list of the software I use for different situations, in case people are interested:Sheet music -Sibelius 6-Guitar Pro 5 (this is what you see in the screen shots, I much prefer it to Sibelius)DAWs-Cubase 5 (my personal favourite, perfect for realising compositions, or even composing sometimes. I also record my band when we've got stuff to do) -Ableton live 8 (For electronic music and live performances) -Reason 5 (The BEST DAW to learn sequencing and synth-making. It's also able to run in slave mode for Cubase and Ableton, which is useful) Other -Kontakt 5 (acts as a VST inside Cubase, allows multiple outputs using different instrument libraries) Instruments -Cornet -Trumpet -Shine 6 string strat -Schecter Omen 7 (my baby) [if I had a working midi keyboard, I'd use that too] Hardware -Acer Aspire Laptop (4gb ram, 500Gb Harddrive, pretty standard) -Behringer Xenyx 302USB (USB audio device, used for recording and listening to audio) You don't need a fancy setup to produce high quality music (example) ___________________________________________________________________________ The tutorial I wrote uses nothing but Guitar Pro 5. It's not as streamlined as Sibelius for writing sheet music, but by using the tab mode, it's much faster to use once you're used to it. Sibelius looks fancy and does a lot of the surface work for you (changing note values so that they fit the bar). If you're looking for something purely for composing midi, I strongly recommend either guitar pro 5 (NOT 6, IT'S AWFUL) or Reason 5.

I must be the only person who Loves Nomura's work, haha. I guess I'm just a sucker for his designs..If any Final Fantasy character makes it in, they'll be related to the crystal chronicles series, let's be honest. They're exclusive to nintendo and are a (sort of) recent entry to the Final Fantasy franchise.Given that Monolithsoft's "X" is Wii U exclusive and seems to be getting a lot of attention, it'd surprise me if it doesn't at least get a nod from SSB.
