Over the Christmas break i will have a lot of spare time waiting for the parts of my gaming PC to arrive. During this time I'm happy to test your mods for bugs and send you back a full report. i reckon its just a modded version of the MQ debug rom. The modder wasnt smart enough to change the HUD aswell
