I don't blame you, all the 3ds hacking scene does is depend on flash cards. Exactly buying an older version will come at a cheaper price, so the 3ds lite would have some advantages i resulting at making the older version cheaper.

Their are some mods with the Japanese 3ds that will make you be able to connect with japan at gbatemp. I understand most japaneese as I lived in japan a while ago. Well, maybe I dont remember things from here and there but its enough to play a game. So their is very much reason into buying a Japanese 3ds

One of the best features about the ds lite, is that you can actually see in a good bright quality when you play gba games, since the dsi doesnt play gba games it doesn't count. Ya, well see what Nintendo's planning.
