Not at all. Pro is just SketchUp's way of making people pay for their Exporting Plugins. The Free version would work just fine.

You can use anything you want to. As long is it's the correct resolution, which you can find in the ReadMe. You can't use anything from a Hi-Res texture pack until you have the map imported, then you can create a Hi-Res pack for that map specifically.

I doubt that they're going to be using Shiek's harp, so that wouldn't make much sense, either, in my opinion.

These things can be accomplished through Display List Swapping. Although, as Naxy stated, it wouldn't actually be Majora's Wrath. Rather, FD Link made to look like Majora's Wrath. Even Though, animation editing is possible, you may want to confront spinout about this.

I've done Multiple Display List ports from Ocarina of Time to Majora's Mask. Including the Stalfos Sword being usable. I can get ahold of some screenshots, maybe.
