Eh, I think it's ethical. It shouldn't be effecting people at all. :| If some of the more famous YouTubers spend more time complaining about this rather than starting a new LP series they can make money off of, then it's a problem for them.

They can still make the videos, if it's not about money; nothing is stopping them, and I believe ads only show on monetized Nintendo LPs. If they want money, third party games are always an option, and nothing is stopping them still. So, if they want to keep them happy, keep them happy instead of complaining over something pointless. Right?

LP other games, for fuck's sake... you're playing on a Nintendo console, and last I checked, every Nintendo console ever is filled with third party games Nintendo has no reign over, so quit complaining and start a series on one of those. So, I should care about all of that stuff why? I game to game, and my consoles are primarily for gaming(I watch the occasional movie, but it still works perfectly on my PS3). I do not give two shits about making games(which, if you configure a more recent console properly, you CAN do), art, music, or browsing the web from any of my consoles. They're for gaming. I agree with heavy. Also, even then, nothing stops me from pirating on my Wii, GC, PS2, PS1, Dreamcast, Original Xbox, PSP, and not to mention the various retro emulators I have spread across a lot of those consoles which allow me to sample a wider variety of games. That's cool and all, Secant, but HDMI gaming on the PC can at many times be a painful experience: some shit can happen in the background that minimizes your game, game can crash so you have to get ALL THE WAY back up and start it up again, and not to mention, a lot of PC games have poor controller support, and require you to use a mouse in certain areas, eliminating the point of "kicking back and relaxing on the PC!" The last one is the biggest issue. If people want to give their games controller support, they shouldn't half-bake it in(yes, I know there are games that fully support controllers). Multiple monitors (surround/eyefinity/softTH). You haven't truly played an Elder Scrolls game until you've done so across three displays. It kind of bugs me when people say stuff like that. No, you truly haven't played the game until you launched it on your PC or console, and actually played it, three monitors or not.
