You finally went into more depth with your argument! Isn't it fun to actually explain things in full detail!? Next time, do that first and foremost when making an argument. It would have made things much easier for me and others who've participated in this topic.

Buying a gaming computer is, in my humble opinion, kind of pointless. But hey, to each their own.

So people can't like certain things without being the cast of a Mike Judge film? I know a girl, she loves Lady Gaga, and she's also very smart. If your hope is seriously that one day people will stop liking the things they do in order to like what you do(that second list of people), it isn't going to happen. And again, just because someone likes Gangnam Style, or Lady Gaga, it doesn't automatically make them an idiot. Is it just people having a different taste in music than you that makes you think of them as idiots, or what is it? (If your argument there had nothing to do with the whole "Idiocracy thing", please forgive me) Some people? Sure. Will ALL of Humanity ever be there? No, and to think so is delusional. The fact you want people to stop loving Gangnam Style, Lady Gaga, Kesha, etc. and instead shift their interests to a group of intellectuals you love and think they should love is pretty selfish, if you ask me. I dunno, it just came off as such to me; not trying to be a dick about it. No, you really need to check your perspective. It's not a maybe, it's a definite. And you have zero reason to lose hope in Humanity, as well.

Personally, the system gave me lots of problems, but that is because I had the older model. I hear the new one is relatively stable. You should be good, I think, but if you're used to not having to pay for an online service(like with your PS3), you're in for a very unpleasant surprise here. If you want to do anything but download games/demos, add friends, and a couple other things I think, you'll need to pay for Xbox Live Gold. There's no free online play, there is no free use of video applications(including YouTube, which should be illegal), and so on, all requiring you to fork over money for a Gold account. Also, the 360's exclusives are few in numbers and not even nearly as impressive as some of the exclusives Sony or Nintendo has. The best exclusive the Xbox has ever had, in my opinion, is the Fable games, and even then, the only true exclusive in that series is Fable II, as it only ever came out on the 360. The rest (that come to mind) are just generic brodude shooters like Gears of War. Halo, however, is alright. Anyways, granted you have a Gold account, it's a pretty good system.

When I said "-try-", I meant them TRYING to bomb Manhattan, us all knowing they will not succeed at all, but with them sure as shit getting a counterattack. Of course I don't want Manhattan to be bombed. And even then, it was still a joke. But regardless, yeah, I guess it was over-the-top.

Well, look at that. My search terms were spot on, and I found no articles, yet there's a video on it with 7,000+ views. Do you know why this bit of news is getting so little exposure? It's because it's not a big deal, not even in the slightest. But if they do decide to attack us, I look forward to our counterattack. I've been counting the days until America or some other country wipes them off the face of this planet, so by all means, I hope they -try- to nuke lower Manhattan.

Good point about OoT 3D, but as for the cel shading... eh, people's preferences for this seem to differ 'round the GCN. Maybe nostalgia is getting in the way of me enjoying the new style? Either way, I can get used to it, indeed. And yes, the bloom is horri-bad. But yeah, solid points on everything else, too. I especially love what you had to say about the islands and the Tingle Tuner(I was trying to remember its name, too, so thanks). And as for my "Drop this and remake TP instead" bullet point, lol, that was a joke. I'm happy with what I'm getting, don't worry.

You missed the point of the item: it's unlockable. Something you earn, basically, whether it's by beating the game, or doing some really hard quest. It's just like how Link isn't supposed to go through the whole game in his village clothes when you play through a second time on Wind Waker, but he does.

So, basically, this is just a list of things I feel need to be done; my opinion, and I am not changing it. Update ALL audio in the game: music, sound effects and so on. I was very upset that OoT 3D was the same old EVERYTHING as far as audio went, and I'd hate to see that repeated with Wind Waker HD. Bring back the cel shading: even if the screenshots are early, I find it odd how they actually showcased the HD remake of Wind Waker, a game which is very well-known for its art style, without cel shading. That fact alone makes me think it may not even have it, and to me, that's a major no-no for this game. Add more islands: more islands is, in my honest opinion, required of them to do. Don't just give people the same game but with different graphics and a higher resolution, give them more stuff to do and explore! To not do this would just be dumb. Add more items/features: yeah, I need more stuff in Wind Waker to be entertained. New features are sure to be a must, most notably taking advantage of the new controller, but... why not some new minigames, or items? Let's face it: after you beat Wind Waker, it can quickly become a barren game with hardly anything to do(which is, sadly, the case with every Zelda game), so that's why this, combined with more islands, would be great. And I already have an idea for an item! Why not, through some means, allow the player to unlock an engine for the King of Red Lions, so sailing would no longer be a chore? Just a thought. Do NOT ditch Tingle's sidequests: remember those? You know, those fun sidequests you could do with Tingle that required a GameBoy Advance? Well, I have a feeling that they are going to completely ditch it due to the game being on a new system and all, but wait! They'd be idiots to do so, because, the GamePad would be perfect for such a thing. I'm sure they're not even going to remove the sidequests, and may do just as I described with the GamePad, but you never know. Fix the Triforce hunting quest: or, I dunno, ditch it entirely. That shit's horrible. So, yeah. There's my list of things I feel NEED to be done. Do any of you have one?
