You know how some characters have voice actors that don't seem to fit them? Well, feel free to voice your opinions here! I'll take the start, with Onion Knight's voice actor from Dissidia Final Fantasy, Aaron Spann. Mr. Spann sounds WAY too much like a girl, much like that one singer some of us like to pick on (including me). I didn't imagine Onion Knight to have that kind of voice, I thought he'd sound more like a teenager. I'd play as Onion Knight more often if I didn't have to hear someone who sounds like a girl voicing a male character. It's just not right. I think Haley Joel Osment, the guy who voiced Sora from Kingdom Hearts, would have been a MUCH better choice. Mr. Osment really did Sora justice in KH2, so why not use him for Onion Knight in Dissidia?

D: Oh no! Hope you're doing alright! One of my birds got hurt yesterday, and I thought she was going to die... Hope you'll be back soon, and that you'll recover from this quickly.

Weird... I was actually making a Lightning Link. I proved to myself that Link can be made into a woman without any model editing : D I'll have to get her up soon. I think I need to fix some stuff and come up with some designs for shields and the like. I could also probably get Yuri in. I'd just need an idea for the shield.

Hah, you got that right. Any ideas on what I should do next?

I'm 16. I'll be 17 in June.

Not bad, actually! Looks like he turned out pretty well. I'd make the outline shading stick out a bit more, though. Maybe a little more shading on the hair, too.

Seems I've found my way to hacking Fire Emblem, another of my favorite game series! It's... somewhat easy to hack, although all I'm doing so far is just replacing portraits and messing with text. So far, I've gotten me and Naxy (as Aedus) in there. The games I'm messing with are Fire Emblem 7 (1st Fire Emblem game on GBA for us), Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, and the one on the Gamecube, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Sacred Stones changes: Characters: Ephraim > Satoshi, Myrmidon/Swordmaster class preferred Joshua > Aedus, default class preferred. Eirika > Lyn, default class preferred. Marisa > Lightning Items: Killing Edge > Spielgelbilder Light Brand > Ritoru Siegliend > Raikiri Shamshir > Blazefire Saber Text: Ephraim's name is now Satoshi Joshua's name is now Aedus Eirika's name is now Lyn Marisa's name is now Lightning Ephraim says "sword" or "blade" instead of "lance" Fire Emblem 7: Characters: Eliwood > Satoshi Karla > Lightning Items: Text: Eliwood's name is now Satoshi Karla's name is now Lightning Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance: Characters: Ike > Satoshi Screenshots (Some were taken before I changed certain things, like the item names): Custom portraits: Let's hope this runs smoothly. Once I figure out how to change palettes in this, I'll get some battle pics in. *Apparently, I can import characters from other Fire Emblem games! I got Roy and Lyn in Sacred Stones without any problems whatsoever. The sprites I edit/made can be found at http://s334.photobucket.com/albums/m423/pikapi30/Fire%20Emblem%20hacks/Sprites/ NEW Custom characters: You all know who this is, right? Of course, everyone here knows who this next guy is. How bout this guy? Maybe this awesome person. What about myself?

Hah, nice! Good to see you've been keeping up with your textures! Will we get this, too?

Holy damn man! I want a quad core now -.- Sort of. I want to keep all the old stuff on this computer, though. Seems like I'd have to get an external hard drive or something to back it all up, and then get a new computer with a quad core (Vista please, I don't like how Windows 7 screwed Media Player's mini video window). Sounds pricey, though.

Thanks! I'm glad I'm doing good. I guess I do need to do a bit more work on the body, and maybe more on folds. I also have a hard time deciding on poses, but when inspiration rears its beautiful head, I know what to do.

It's about time I get my art somewhere. And why not here? This site's been more friendly to me than a LOT of others, so here ya go. I do all my drawings on notebook paper. A drawing of the necklace I wear IRL. Random pose is random! Satoshi and Lucas. Lucas = SanguinettiMods's character. I name this "Remains of a War." I loosely based it off the opening to Final Fantasy X, in the scene where you see the main characters' weapons in the ground on the hill overlooking Zanarkand Ruins. Another Dissidia-based drawing. You can always tell if I mean for the drawing to be Dissidia-based by the designs on Satoshi's jacket. There's always more when I do this. Concept art of how I think Raikiri (my sword) would look in Final Fantasy VII. Let me know what I can improve in these, and how. I experience frequent trouble with shoes and faces, so I'll take any tips on those. Sprites: I do sprites from time to time. Mainly edits, but I can create sprites from scratch as well. This is how I'd look in Fire Emblem. This is my first class, and I promote to a Mercenary-style class. My promoted class in Fire Emblem. This is how I think Lightning would look in Fire Emblem. Forgive the multi-use colors, I had to stick to 16 colors. This is how I would look in Pokemon. This was my second sprite from scratch as well.

You did some nice work, I can't draw that well. You've bested me in every way, and it can only go uphill from here! I've been trying to attempt Mr. Nomura's drawing style, and so far, I have FAILED. I need to learn how to draw eyes, faces, and some other things better. My favorites of your art would have to be 2 and 5 through Billie. I love how the wings turned out on 2, especially.

WOOT! This'll make model importing loads easier. Great job on this so far!

Holy damn... This is awesome! I wish I could draw like this...

SanguinettiMods's topic in Community ProjectsMight you be able to make a shield for a Cloud hack I'm gonna make? I have no idea what to do for it, and I figure you'd make the shield a lot better than I could, anyway. Some stuff I'd look at would be the emblem on Cloud's pauldron seen on his Advent Children costume. -
Thanks. You know I wouldn't have done this as well without your help. Now, let's celebrate the release! It's out today!

In celebration of the release of Dissidia 012 Duodecim, I give you my latest work... THE WARRIOR OF LIGHT!!! The Warrior of Light has found his way to Hyrule, in his search for the crystals. The one he holds shines brightly- But is it enough to give him the strength to defeat the waves of darkness spread about by Ganondorf? Let's hope so, Hyrule's fate depends on his success! Credit to SanguinettiMods for helping me with some of the textures and the icons, Ultimecia for the textures, and Square Enix for inspiring me to create this.
