Hey guys, I haven't been here lately due to being sick and having to deal with "Depression" lately. So I was wondering what would be best to start working on levels, maps, etc. Like what level should I work on, what basics should I do, etc. I can read some pointers in the maps/zscenes. Since the wiki taught me that. I'm just curious on what info I should know about making certian actors spawn and adding new ones, etc. I tried multiple tutorials. But some of them wont show up because of their groups. I try to add some groups to their map. But no actor wont show up. As far as pointers goes. I'm not certiain on how those work. Would I have to relocate the offsets and all of that pointers, etc? Some hex I can't read so I can't tell how many actors or groups there are. So I'm completely lost here and feel like a total noob. Sorry if no one doesn't understand what I'm talking about. I am familiar with hex editing. Since I've done it before. I'm kinda confused on how I can get some actors and stuff to spawn at different locations with out messing up the groups and stuff. And what would be a good map to start with? Thanks for advice. Just a question, I know I probably asked several times, is there an easy method to adding actors, groups, etc? Because I would like to keep certiain things inside the maps. So I can start working on some things that I've been trying to do for the past couple months... But I feel like I'm not getting any where... I feel like an ammature... So if anyone can help me out, that'd be great. Thanks.

I don't know if anyone has posted this here, but a guy has composed a song for the end of the world on December, 21st, 2012 based off the game, The Legend of Zelda, The Majora's Mask. Where the clock strikes twelve on the Final Day in the game and you have that awesome music playing when the moon is falling. Here is the site on the info of the album being released on Friday if anyone want's to pick it up. He did a really nice job on composing the album. And no, I don't think the world is coming to an end, I just find it funny that people are making money off this stuff. Well here's the link if anyones interested. While I was eating at a Chinese restruant the other day. They were blaming Starcraft for the cause. I'm like, really? These guys need to quit pointing fingers at video games, its just making the rest of the gamers in the rest of the world look bad. It's like saying, All gamers have a mental illness. Sheesh.

This idea popped into my head. I was wondering if this would work. I my self don't own a Wii U or the Sony HMZ-T1 aka Sony 3D Personal Viewer. If you want to play games with the device. I was wondering if the Wii U will be competiable with the Devices. Such as Wii games, etc. I mean like not regular Wii U games but Wii games in general. Like Zelda Twilight Princess, Virtual Console games, etc. This question might sound silly. But with the Wii remote motion display and the Sony HMZ-T1. Do you think you will be able to play Wii games with this device? I know the sensor bar will be a problem. But I was curious if this method would work for using the device to use it to enahance your Nintendo gaming. I mean hook up the console to the headset and being able to play Wii U and regular WIi games in general, Thanks. Sorry for the confusion.

I did see a page "Some where" that the Wii U's CPU is going to out beat the Xbox 720's CPU/GPU. But rumors are rumors.

This game looks pretty interesting, I thought I might hate it first because I grew up playing Smash Bros... But maybe I'll give it a try. Who knows I might like it since it has KRATOS in it.

I agree with you on that. I'm more happy enjoying my PS3 at the moment. So I was thinking maybe I'll try the Wii U out at Best Buy or something before I decide if I want to get it or not. Thanks for helping guys.

For those that have bought the Wii U on launch day. Is the system it's self worth the trouble waiting to buy? I'm considering buying the console when ever I get the money, I'm just going to wait until Christmas is over and everything chills down and getting the system for my self. Along with a new 3DS. If the system is worth it. Can anyone posts its pros and cons, etc? I'd be appreciated. I'm looking forward into buying the console my self. Hopefully we will see price drops within a few months. If anyone is experienced with HTML I need some advice. I'm getting back into learning HTML and I don't know what is a good place for me to learn. I've been wanting to make a website of my own for the past year but never gotten around to HTML. I've checked W3Schools they are ok but it drives me crazy... Is there advice on what I should start with? HTML, PHP, etc? Thanks.

Where do you begin the process of swapping out models and textures for OoT and MM? Like replacing Hookshot with MM Hookshot, etc. And replacing current maps in game to other maps from other Zelda games like TWW, TP, SS, etc? Is there a tutorial out there that can teach you how to do that or is it too complicated to learn? Thanks.

Yea, I managed to put a clear trigger chest in the room I'm working on for a short mod. I placed a big chest in the room to appear after you clear the room of enemies. So I figured that one on my own. I appreciate the help. If I need any help I'll let you know. I got excited when I figured this out. I appreciate the help.

I did exactly what you said. It worked 100% with both Wolfos and White Wolfos. And I figured out how do to chests on my own. Thanks! I tried it with Stalfos but it failed. Duno why. But it worked well for the Wolfos.

Sorry for posting this here. I was wondering if anyone could help. I am dealing with some problems that are a bit frustrating for me. It involves real life situations and past situations that keep recurring to me. Ever since I was a kid. I have always felt "felt out" because I was different from everyone else. I don't know what I should think of my self. A loner, a loser, a retard... or something similar to that. I try to make friends but when ever I do people seem to treat me differently. I only have one friend in real life. I'm not great with making friends so some people I know have to introduce people to me that have the same stuff in common. I am not happy the way my life is right now hence being bullied in school, etc. I find this quite sad because I have social anxiety disorder. So it's tough to get out in the crowd and make friends. And I have a big thing with trust, I don't like to trust people because of past life experiences I've had with people. I have no girlfriend, currently looking for a job. No girls seem interested in me, I am always in the friend zone when I like a girl. Most people think I'm a nice guy but most people think I'm annoying. Maybe it's all in my head? I'm 21 and I know that most people my age have girlfriends by now. My math skills aren't that great either because school told me that I wouldn't require them later in life. I am hoping this post won't get me into trouble. I am just seeking for advice. Or if anyone has some similar problems like me they would like to share, I don't want to feel like I'm the only person out there that has this kind of feeling. I'm not trying to seek attention. Sometimes I want people to leave me alone because I've been harassed physically to the point where I was almost locked up in a mental institution. Not saying I'm mental but you get the idea. People like to put labels on me so it sucks. I'm not quite sure where to lead my life. Sometimes I feel like giving up. It's really confusing on what you should do with your life. I don't know how the flags and switches things work. I have read the wiki and I don't understand how to use it. I am trying to make it to where when you kill a White Wolfos or a Stalfos the Death Mountain Trial Gate disappears when you kill the enemy. I'm not too quite sure on how dungeon stuff works. Like eye switches, etc. These are the things I'm getting interested in. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. I'm making a mod and I'd like to know a thing about flags and switches, etc. Thanks.
