Wow I didn't even thought of this, I did see an export thing in the pro version and I didn't know what it was used for, I should of searched more. Thanks for all the help guys. Well wish me luck with my first custom map. I'll post some pics when ever I get it set up.
-
Would I have to do this with the plugin in Sketchup Pro? I tried downloading the plugin/exporter after I registered on the main site but it wouldn't allow me to get it, so I don't know what's up with this picture here.

Figures, So do I. lol Anyways back on topic. I like the well one, Nice job on it.

Hey there, Well I just finished my Model, So I thought I might as well give it a test in SharpOcarina. Well the thing is, I wanted to import the textures in the model so they can load up in SharpOcarina, and I don't know if I need a plugin or a exporter in order to do that, because I've tried looking for the obj explorer/plugin and I'm having some difficulties with it. Took me awhile to make my model so I'm done with it. I just wanted to know what I need to do to import some textures and import the model to SharpOcarina so I can inject my model into the debug rom. Thanks. EDIT: I mean SharpOcarina, Sorry LOL My bad. Can a mod change the title to SharpOcarina instead of Sayaka? LMAO My bad. Sorry guys I didn't realize I made a typo there.
-
Nice, And I suggest you used the N64 controller or a Xbox controller to slowly do the movements eh?
-
How did you manage to pull this off? This looks really interesting. Was the debug camera disabled? "invisible" etc.

Hey guys it's me, I was looking for a decent PC that I can play video games on, I hope I didn't post this in the wrong section of the forum. I've been looking for a PC for some time now that can handle gaming graphics. So I was wondering if anyone here would help me out. I'll have the money to afford this so I was thinking if this will be good enough to play old school games and new games. New games like Diablo III, The Secret World, F.E.A.R's 1,2, and 3, Amnesia, The Path, World of Warcraft, and more games, etc. I was wondering if I could play any of these games on max settings, A buddy of mine said I should get this because this is a apu and I can upgrade it and what not but I wanted to know if I can play any of the games listed above and some other games like this in decent settings with out any lags during gameplay, etc. Thanks for the help. Also would this be able to run Dolphin on it as well? I'd appreciate the help. Ok guys, I've managed to fix the problem, I managed to use 1964 and Mudlords's rice's and it works like a charm, I've managed to get Zeth's textures loading pretty well and other textures as well. Thanks for the help. Could someone lock this thread since there is no longer needed to discuss this topic? I appreciate it.

Here is my problem, I'm having some troubles running Glide64 with running N64 Texture Packs. I run Glide64 and they pick up both texture packs on both emulators, 1964 and Project 64. 1.6. When ever the plugin loads when the game starts up I get a blank screen with the textures loading in game. Now when this happens the textures are loaded but the screen looks smaller than it shouldn't be. After I get to the game finally the game always lags really slow. I mean slow. I never had any problems with this before Rice's Video Plugin stopped working for me. If anyone knows how I can fix the screen size problem and fix the lagging issue I would be appreciated. I don't know what's causing the plugin to do this. Since I'm fairly new to the plugin it's self. Is there a way to fix the plugin and make the screen go back to normal like it should and fix the game to make it quit lagging really bad and make the textures load? Thanks.

Ever since Ocarina of Time 3D has made a good hit for Zelda fans, old and new. Nintendo had plans on making a new title for the console in its original title. But I've heard rumors of Iwata is it? Can't remember planning on remaking A Link to the Past for the 3DS. What classic games do you think Nintendo should remake? A Link to the Past or LoZ Majora's Mask? I've heard rumors of them thinking of remaking A Link to the Past but also heard rumors of the Zelda team starting a new original game title for the Nintendo 3DS. But I just wanted to know if another remake were to happen what Zelda game should they remake? I know rumors are just rumors and I don't have any information since I've been digging around for some information on this subject. But what do you guys think? What game should they remake if they are planning on doing it? Not trying to get everyone's hopes up but you decide. Sorry for the bad grammar.

The Legend of Alice: Alice in Time (Ocarina of Time mod)
Armos replied to Axel's topic in Community Projects
This is looking pretty well. An Alice in Wonderland mod sounds nice for OoT. Also I hope I don't sound like an ass or anything but do you plan on remodeling Link's arms to make your character look more feminine? Otherwise everything else looks cool. -
I've finally managed to figure some stuff out with hex editing, etc. I wanted to know if anyone could help me with a problem I've been having. I'm trying to replace some actors/groups to make an actor spawn but I'm having some problems trying to locate where the actor is located. So I don't know where the actors and groups are at. Since some of them have different offsets. Mind if anyone could help? I was thinking of replacing a Kokiri with an Iron Knuckle or something like that but I'm having trouble trying to find it's variables and its Actor/Group functions within the zmap in a hex editor. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Hey guys, I know this may sound stupid but I'm currently living with my parents right now. I probably wont move out for awhile, So I was just wondering if Its possible to change a small room into a tiny gaming room? It isn't that tiny but Its a little big. Kinda half and half size. Sorry I'm bad at describing stuff. I've been wanting to do this for awhile since I live in a trailer. My room isn't that big. So I was wondering if its possible that I could try to pull something like this. Right now my queen size bed takes up half the room space. So I'm thinking about buying a Futon or something and replacing my queen size and giving it to my parents, I don't know why I have a queen size to be begin with. I so I start working in a couple weeks and saving up for a laptop. So I've been thinking if there are any ideas to come to mind if anyone could give me ideas that would be great. Also for a desk for my laptop. Would the window be a good place to put it and leave the futon against the wall? My bedroom was designed weird so I have a hard time trying to move shit around. lol I need ideas for those who have gaming rooms. Thanks. And it has to be cheap so I'm being cheap at the moment. I know I'm cheap. lol sorry. XD

Thanks, I appreciate it.

I've been having trouble with adding actors lately. I've been trying to do the old method by DarkLink77 but it doesn't seem to be working properly. If there is a new tutorial out there or an easier way for adding actors to a zmap/scene with out having to use UoT could anyone link me to a tutorial or make one to help? I would be appreciated. Thanks. Also if there is a text editing tutorial could anyone help me with that as well? I would appreciate it, thanks.

The link to the OBJ plugin is broken. Would you care to reupload the file if its possible? Thanks.

Thanks for the help, I'm still trying to figure out how to use UoT, I never had any problems with it, I should of explained more in detail, when I loaded up the ROM when I edited the Landscape, etc. All Link was doing was walking through the paths like they were still in place. But he didn't walk up the hill where I edited the pathway to get to the hole where the Kokiri Sword is, etc. He just walks through the walls and stuff that I edited.

I am trying to make a mod here. I am currently using UoT for different stuff, like changing the area on how it looks, etc. But what I'm having trouble with is the Collision on the zmap. I am changing Kokiri Forest around to make it look like a mod that I'm trying to make. But I am having some difficaulties with the Collision. Here is what I've gotten done so far. Uploaded with ImageShack.us If anyone can tell me how I can fix some stuff in here I would be appreciated. I don't know how I should change the stuff around, also the house that is floating in the air, And I'm not sure if you can delete some stuff from the area.

Bold statement about Nintendo's handheld designs...
Armos replied to xdaniel's topic in General Gaming
XDan, I hate to say this but your right on most parts. When the original Nintendo DS came out in 2004/2005. I've enjoyed playing it as much as I have did until it was broken at least. Then I've worked my way up to the DS Lite which felt comfteriable. But some times it kind of got annoying. I was searching videos on youtube where I came to a guy showing which is better, the original DS or the DSi. This video was made a couple years ago I think. Well what I thought of the guy, He just tossed his original DS aside from the tabel and made it land on the floor. I was thinking to my self, why would he waste a perfectly good console? With out the original DS, We wouldn't have the DS Lite, DSi, DSi XL, or the Nintendo 3DS. Please let me know if I am missing any of those consoles. Honestly, I hate assholes who break their old consoles like that, they dispise me. If they really enjoyed Nintendo hand heled consoles, then they wouldn't of broke it and say its a peice of shit. My self, I mostly like old school games. Call me weird but I do enjoy them. And some old games probably wouldn't work on the newer ones like the DSi, etc. Also I am looking forward into getting my self a 3DS. I heard pretty good reviews about it and I have tested it my self at a local Best Buy and I can tell you, I enjoyed playing it. It feels comfy and it has a pretty good feel to it.
