I think it is fine for now. If you want to tackle it later then you can but to be honest, the issue isnt that bad and it only affects the real hardware.

Well thats weird. If anyone know why this happens I wouldnt mind taking a look at it. For those playing this mod, know that this only happens on the real hardware and not on emulators.

OH! Well that may be an issue for non standard play throughs. Let me put some thought into this. I wonder if I can remove the bombs from jabu jabu so I can simply eliminate the need for bombchus Edit: I removed all the boulders and the bombchus as well. Hopefully this resolves the issue. Thoughts?

Assuming we are talking about non-OEM mobos, then the only market that is affected are those who aren't savvy or those who cannot afford to build their own rig. Its hardly a death sentence as I understand it. Am I surprised MS tried this? Oh God no! Will it be legal? I highly doubt it. I am not pretending to be a judge or lawyer but my career is in Litigation technology and I doubt this will stand for long. It is a HUGE fault for antitrust litigation and I cant imagine that folks will stand for lockouts. Hardware and software arent the same thing and Microsoft will learn that. They tried the same crap with Vista and it got them nowhere.

This looks like its only affecting the OEM computers. Anything custom built looks like it will have freedom. Of course, you need to install Windows first and then Ubuntu because Ubuntu plays nice with other OS'es and windows...well...you know Am I biased to Ubuntu...perhaps ~

Well I never really considered that. You DO have to get Saria's song to progress through the Lost Woods do you not? I suppose if you can get them a little early and you get the bomb bag, then the bracelet is worthless anyway so I don't see a scenario where this would hurt anyone. Just one more way to play the game You cant even get to that point without Saria's song correct? I though there was a Kokiri that blocks the path in the Lost Woods unless you play Saria's song. Well he will do that haha. I will see about the bombchu "glitch" although I am not thinking it is a huge issue.

Correct. If you are playing on the real hardware, then this is to be expected.

A quick update! The Cutscene skipping will be kept inside the mod but for the subscreen delay to work properly, please use Glide64 plugin. You can find it here.
