  4. Preloading has shown up for my purchased RWO copy of saints row and preloading isn't showing up for the Australian version — feeling empowered.
  5. Because I was half asleep when I typed as I capitalise every word when I don't pay attention even if you purchased overseas it is locking it till September 20 which Is a breach under Section 18 of the ACL prohibits a person, in trade or commerce, from engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct. This prohibition is not limited to the supply of goods or services and creates a broad, economy-wide norm of conduct. The release date is determined by the region where you are physically located and is not tied to the version of the game you purchased. The publisher or developer of the title determines the release date for their games. Please refer to the Steam Storepage for this title to determine the release date in your region... what a non committed responce steam Posts merged. Next time, use the Edit feature. -Shadow Fire.
  6. Well You look At Deep Silvers Official Press Release They Said A Weeks Delay Because They Had The Changes Finished Now Consoles Are Guaranteed This Release DAte But What Is There To Do Differently On Steam honestly Its All Digital You Have No DVD Pressing Or Anything. Why Make Computer Players Suffer... What A Dissapointment
  7. We don’t have any official confirmation yet, but it looks like the Australian release of Saints Row 4 may have just been suddenly delayed. As you can see on the official Steam page now reads September 20 as a release date: 1 month, 5 days and 10 hours from now. RANDOM RANT So hypothetically speaking, downloading and playing a torrented game that you already legally own but are unable to launch due to unfathomable reasons and arbitrary locks isn’t actually piracy; rather, just enjoying the product you paid good money for – like people in the rest of the world in actual, civilized nations will be doing. Don’t mind me, just thinking out loud *cough*.
  8. A little over 5 days remain, and stuff... but you may end up with the ticket. Also, my cousin and I, both who have the 3-day passes, are from Brisbane as well. She and I will be staying in Sydney for a week, so who knows? If you do end up with the ticket, you may get to have a chat with me. Do I Get To Meet You Too???
  9. Thank I Look Forward To It And I Hope To See You There Also I Can Confirm I Know Him. How Have You Been N1ghtmare

  13. A few months ago, Mark Hadley (AgentParsec) created a game that captivated gamers around the world. Slender: The Eight Pages was a short, experimental game that helped to breathe new life into the horror genre through its use of pure, unadultered fear. Experience the horror all over again. Slender: The Arrival is the official continuation of the series from the original game creator Mark Hadley, teamed up with the writers behind the Marble Hornets series and the development team at Blue Isle Studios. The Arrival features a brand new storyline, improved visuals and most importantly, survival horror at its best. Pre-order now and get beta access today. The Arrival will launch for the PC on March 26th, and on Mac shortly after that. TO PREORDER: http://www.slenderarrival.com/
  14. We are happy to announce our soft reopening to THE-GCN First. why I say it is a soft opening is that we still have a few minor bugs and problems to iron out and to work out a new arrangement with shadowfire. But we welcome you to stay tuned and we will update you on facebook and the forums

  17. As we bid farewell to a great publisher THQ as it circles the drain.its carcess is being picked clean. In a letter sent by THQ CEO Brian Farrell and president Jason Rubin to employees has stated that at least five other publishers will be buying the company's games As it closes its doors, Polygon has reported. At the hearing held in Delaware overnight, a number of studios acquired some of THQ's hottest properties (PDF): Sega bought subsidiary studio Relic for US$26.6 million, acquiring the Company of Heroes franchise and bringing in some Warhammer veterans Ubisoft bought THQ Montreal for US$2.5 million, which includes 1666 and Underdog, and South Park: The Stick of Truth for US$3.3 million Take Two bought the intellectual property for upcoming game Evolve for US$10.9 million, outbidding the game's actual developer, Turtle Rock Studios Koch Media, which owns Deep Silver, bought Volition, including the Saints Row franchise, for US$22.3 million, and the Metro franchise for US$5.9 million Crytek bought the Homefront franchise for US$544,218. Other THQ assets were not included in the sale; the company still hopes to find other buyers, but employees working on those titles will be made redundant.Farrell and Rubin concluded:The work that you all have done as part of the THQ family is imaginative, creative, artistic and highly valued by our loyal gamers. We are proud of what we have accomplished despite today's outcome. It has been our privilege to work alongside the entire THQ team... Thank you all for your dedication and for sharing your talent with the THQ team. We wish you the best of luck and hope you will keep in touch.
  18. it is in their new origin terms and conditions as well as the all the new licence agreements that I've seen. My view when I saw this was so their going to ban the entire community because in someway or another we have all pretty much ignored glaringly obvious bugs in EA titles.
  19. hi guys I thought I would let you guys in on the new clause in ea's terms of service: “It is understood and agreed that, as part of your participation in the Beta Program, it is your responsibility to report all known bugs, abuse of ‘bugs’, ‘undocumented features’ or other defects and problems related to the Game and Beta Software to EA as soon as they are found (“Bugsâ€). If you know about a Bug or have heard about a Bug and fail to report the Bug to EA, we reserve the right to treat you no differently from someone who abuses the Bug. You acknowledge that EA reserve the right to lock anyone caught abusing a Bug out of all EA products.â€
