See, I've noticed that the OOT fishing pole won't work correctly unless the fishing man's actor is present, so adding the Fishing pole to link's inventory in MM and using it near the actor should allow for it to be correctly used even if the model does show up invisible. Edit: I just gave it a try myself, the pole doesn't do anything, Link will hold it, but that's about it. Upon checking the Japanese game, Link will actually cast and it looks like there is text to reel, but it doesn't do anything afterwards, link just freezes there and can't move despite the actor being there. Perhaps we are missing a few objects for the map?

Happy Birthday spinout!

nvm, feel like an idot, thought it was a CARTRIDGE plus magazine, nevertheless, the magazine would be definitely a good read.

If what the seller said is true, the game is from the 1998 E3, the game would include the extras removed before final release..... soooo... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zelda-Nintendo-64-New-Sealed-w-band-Special-Edition-Next-Generation-Magazine-/220871694336?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item336cfa9800#ht_500wt_1358

Wouldn't it be interesting if Nintendo leaked the debug rom?
Zeth Ryder replied to Eli's topic in Randomness
No, Beta Quest is going through several object sets that are "defined" within the map headers, depending on the value you set for the code. -
Eh, all the images show up fine, got to be your end man.

What would you do if Skyward Sword was canceled.
Zeth Ryder replied to
dekupk5's topic in RandomnessDon't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to Skyward Sword, but if they cancelled it, I'd be a bit bummed but it wouldn't bother me that much to get rid of my wii or 3DS, I love my consoles, especially my wii since I hacked it. >____> I also love my 3DS for OOT 3D, Starfox 3D and all the other great games coming out for the 3DS not to mention the awesome VC software already out. If you want to burn, sell, toss your consoles off a building, feel free to man, but to me that would just be a waste of good hardware. -

The two jabu jabu's in that cutscene are what made it crash to begin with. The OOT pedestal doesn't crash it, also you can find that in OOT 1.0 rom as well. -
It seems I missed this topic entirely! Nice music man, kind almost sounds like the music at the bar last night >_>

Is the actor only in Mujura no Kamen?
-
Don't forget the builders, I thoroughly enjoy just building in its sandbox game abilities and creating stuff that have only peaked the edge of my imagination.

Worse part that will make your brain go into meltdown is, she is actually a professional artist that sings crap like this and people actually BUY THAT SHIT!
-
Its definitely quite possible, the actor would just need to be written for it and of course the models made.

You are thinking of the Zols http://www.zeldawiki.org/Zol

Somehow I missed this thread, this is pretty impressive, how far have you gotten with it?

You're not the only one, I found a few abandoned houses back in the day its how I came across my entire book collection of the Chronicles of Narnia in perfect condition, an NES with duckhunt/super mario bros and Zelda 1 in really good condition as well. Its rather interesting some of the abandon places I found, its like they grabbed just clothes and left, I even found food in the cupboards and furniture. It just makes me wonder how people can just...leave like that? The places I went to were in Michigan so it wasn't like there was major disaster that happened that forced them out, they just rather disappeared.

An EXTREMELY old picture back from my starting days of hacking from ZSO, the first time I ever loaded Fado up.
