Deathbasket srsly I <3 you!

I personally would like to see MM's original 7 days to be put back in along with the cut minigames/dungeons,/story/etc While I loved MM, it was very short.
-
I thought it was pretty funny to read and yeah I agree, someone should update them a little bit ;D

Read and enjoy. http://www.thehylia.com/zelda_ocarina_of_time_editor.shtml

Everyone basically summed up my criticism I had offer but I also am asking why not release the source code? If your learning to program, then these guys can help you improve your code to be better and be able to discuss it with you so you can make the program efficiently, its not like anyone is steal your work and call their own. But the choice is yours, this is just my two cents.

I don't understand what's so bad about using cheats. Yeah I've seen someone use them on pokemon before but then again, I seen someone use no cheats and beat a guy with a level 1 ratata compared to the guy who cheated his game. Granted I admit I use cheats on pokemon games, however its not to even speed up grinding or stat boosting, I just do it so I can get my non-legendary team since I've played through all the games and I want to use them and not all of them are shall we say interconnected to transfer pokemon. If you look at the glitchkill community, they thrive on making cheats and these aren't for actually cheating, more adding mods to the games to make things harder or do really neat things. I honestly don't think saying everyone that uses cheats is horrible, cause everyone at one point must of used at least one. I personally don't like using cheats for like for first time play through of games or stuff, cause I usually like to play legit through(with exception of pokemon and I raise those from lvl 1 btw), but I also like to use cheats to make my own hacking experience easier when testing my Zelda mods out, like the DISABLE THE OWL CODE! <3 <3 <3

Picked up this game during my adventure to E3.
-
Thank god for AOSS and WPA buttons that auto config the 3DS :>
-
Haha, I'm sure I'm going to have a blast at E3 when I'm not working. xDNevertheless, I'll see everyone when I get back next week.
-
Sorry guys, but going to E3 is a bit more important then the podcast, as the podcast can wait plus it gives us more to talk about when I do get back! We'll try to reschedule it for a later date! :3

I remember bringing that up at ZSO that the beta quest wasn't really a quest or much beta, but that it was a loader that forced alternate object sets to load up. Which for some reason messed up exits..

I need to get a new DS as well, cause well... Ouendan may or may not have been the cause of my touch screen having circular groves in its touch screen from extensive play of it. <.>;

I've been hacking OOT since the early 2000's, it was via gameshark, I literally have an entire booklet dedicated to codes I made for the 1.0 & 1.1 versions of the game.

Have you tried clearing the cache on the web browser you are using? Sometimes that can be the problem, if not, submit a bug report and shadowfire will get to asap.

Somehow I missed this thread, welcome back to the community Vex. We took care the liberty of removing the karma system cause people were abusing it, giving negative rep to people just cause they don't like them so that's not a problem anymore, second don't worry about what has happened in the past, the GCN is a neutral ground where we expect people to follow our open door policy with this, everyone here is welcome and that off site problems do not concern us. I hope you enjoy your stay and I look forward to your input here on the projects going on plus seeing projects of your own. If you have any questions feel free to IM me, or any of the staff, or feel free to post a question in the Q & A section of the forums.

The portable Nintendo DS™ Lite system is getting a new suggested retail price. Effective June 5, the system will be available at a suggested retail price of just $99.99 in the United States. The Nintendo DS family has become the best-selling video game system in history. More than 48.9 million systems in the Nintendo DS family have sold in the United States alone. Also in June, six Mario™ games for Nintendo DS will receive new red packaging, making it easier than ever for consumers to identify these hit titles in stores. "From the moment it launched, Nintendo DS Lite hit a sweet spot for consumers in terms of value, experience and fun," said Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime. "This new price point will introduce Nintendo DS Lite to even more consumers, and the new red packaging will make it easy for them to find their favorite Mario titles." The six Mario games that will begin sporting the new Mario-red packaging in June are New Super Mario Bros.™, Mario Kart™ DS, Super Mario 64™ DS, Mario & Luigi™: Bowser's Inside Story, Mario vs. Donkey Kong™: Mini-Land Mayhem! and Mario Party™ DS. These games represent some of the best-selling fan-favorite Nintendo DS games of all time, and demonstrate the well-known "evergreen" sales trend of Nintendo games. Ever since the launch of the Nintendo 3DS™ system, users around the U.S. increasingly have been seeking each other out to plan in-person meetups and exchange fun content via the system's built-in StreetPass™ feature. To make it even easier for fans to connect and come together, Nintendo of America has created a Meetup Everywhere community that people can use to organize their own local StreetPass-themed meetups and social gatherings*. To mark the launch of this community, Nintendo 3DS users everywhere are encouraged to hold StreetPass meetups on Saturday, June 25, which has been designated Nintendo 3DS StreetPass Day. Meetup Everywhere is a simple-to-use online platform that enables an organization's fans or followers to coordinate local, real-life meetups based on shared interests. Nintendo 3DS users who are interested in sharing content with others via StreetPass are invited to visit http://www.meetup.com/nintendo3ds to find events in their area or to plan their own StreetPass meetups. Users are also encouraged to use the “#streetpass†hashtag within social media to promote Nintendo 3DS StreetPass events throughout the year and attract even more participants. While gathered together in the same location, anyone can use the Nintendo 3DS system's built-in StreetPass feature to share content such as Mii™ characters, game stats and custom characters. Users can control which kinds of information they exchange, and they can trade data from multiple games such as nintendogs™ + cats or Super Street Fighter® IV 3D Edition at the same time.

My first experience with any N64 emulator was the Ultra HLE emulator that had support for the Voodoo 3DFX cards. Needless to say it was interesting play it, I still remember Zelda's Hair standing up on end cause of bad translations or the part where she leaves you behind cause the door won't open in Ganon's castle. I originally started hacking back on the N64 using a gameshark and still to this day have codes that I never released, mostly for 1.0 and 1.1 as I had those games. I eventually found Odyssey of Hyrule by video gamer X and read a lot of the articles up on there, lastly it led me to ZSO where I saw a dedicated hacking community working together and discovering things under the cartridge that weren't meant to be seen. Needless to say, I was impressed, I followed the community is secret for bit til Dark_Link_77 came out with his tutorial on how to port maps from MM to OOT. Its when that happened I wanted to be involved and learn how to do that, honestly that's all I wanted to do and go back into lurking, well....that didn't happen. I participated in group discussions on both IRC and forums, learned more about things and eventually cooliscool taught me how to load up models via his replace all the trees in Hyrule field method. It was during that time, I took the initiative to start learning and experimenting on my own, eventually I got my own website, and the rest is history leading to now. Its weird how far I've come honestly looking back from then to now, I never heard of such things as a hex editor beside the memory editors used in gamesharks and now I've ported maps, loaded up beta models, can write new hierarchies for models, port animations, etc and now have probably one of the biggest Zelda projects in the community, if you would of told me then I was going to do all this, I wouldn't of believed you, I still kind of don't believe it sometimes. xD

Wow, looking good. I'm guessing the cross hairs are for positioning and the circles are for rotation?
-
Looking around next week possibly.

Apparently they took into account of using Farore's wind outside of dungeons as when you try to use it for the mushroom trading sequence for the biggoron sword, timer goes to 00:01 when you warp in.

I understand personal preference no need to get defensive, just more trying to understand it when I look one day suddenly half of my contacts have my little pony avatar icons, I just want to know what is so interesting about this show? I watched a couple episodes of the show and still didn't find it interesting. So I'm just wondering if I'm missing something or what?!
-
Can someone please explain to me this obsession with this show? I don't understand it at all D: Everyone is like its soooo good and I think, ooooooo its a little kids show...so can someone explain it to me?

So while reading over some of my older magazines, I found a couple interesting clips I would like to share with you. :3 First is this one: So originally you were suppose to get the fire arrows from Darunia it seems instead of at Lake Hylia. On the next page it actually shows link using them in the Ice Cavern. And the last picture I want to share is that originally Link could use Farore's Wind anywhere.
