We will be taking the forums and website offline in the next couple hours to do maintenance, the GCN will be down this whole weekend as we will be doing bug fixes, skin related issues, redesigning the actual website part of the GCN and more. So if there is anything you need, better get it now as we will be taking the site down at 10pm PST. We will bring the site back up as soon as we finish working on it.
  3. Honestly I can't even fathom the idea of this video, if their trying to showcase something that could be a custom 3D fighter game, I wouldn't suggest showing the most glitchiest fighters for it. Animations are completely horrible.
  4. A surprise reveal came in the form of another new Kirby game for the Wii. Developed by HAL Laboratory, the game looks quite similar to the cancelled Gamecube Kirby title first revealed in 2005. A short video of the game in action can be seen on Nintendo Japan's site here. Rejoice Kirby fans, A REAL KIRBY GAME HAS BEEN BORN!
  5. The 2nd shield, the beveled area for the metal part of the shield could use some softening to help smooth the transition, otherwise it looks a little rough around the edges. Other then that, great job!

    Yup that is correct, but there is another issue that is causing the freezing part which shouldn't be happening to begin with.

    Is nemu's root folder in the root of C:/ Drive? If not, put the folder there then try running Nemu again and see if it works, also make sure that there is a rom folder in Nemu to load your roms from, and that you load it directly from the drop down menu for the rom, not in the browser nemu gives that -never- works. The converters do not support 64 x 64 textures, it can support the normal 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 x 64 or 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 squared, but it cannot support 64 x 64 textures as of yet. Also if your having the freezing problem, it seems to be a problem in the scene file, I've already replaced my scene file beforehand and it fixed the problem. There seems to be something wrong when the scene gets made, which is also if you add enemies to the map or objects, they'll disappear if your not right up on them and Z targeting doesn't work correctly. I think whatever makes the scene files needs to be relooked at and see what is causing this major error.
  10. Well see here's the main problem, the textures, even though some of the other models from OOT are really low poly and horrible, their texture work however is shaded and given a bit more detail then plain basic colours thrown together like object_human's textures.
  11. I highly doubt it, she kind of sticks out like sore thumb since her texturing is equal to that of the Super Mario 64. Take a look at the comparison I did, compare the environment, the characters and see where she really fits more. Click on to make bigger.
  12. I look forward to seeing that, cause having her loading up correctly using her own animations would be pretty neat to see.

  15. Dead or Alive isn't coming out on the 27th so its not a launch title. I personally only see about maybe 3/4 titles I would get from the list, but then again, these are launch titles, the better games are coming out later on this year.
  16. So you could basically load her up ingame using the skeletal actor spinout wrote a while ago?
  17. Shigeru Miyamoto was for doing it on the wii, however Eiji Aonuma didn't want to redo it for the wii. He didn't want it to be just another remake, he wanted something that could draw in the gamer, give depth to the game, and that's where the Nintendo 3DS comes in using its 3D effects, it adds a whole new level of gameplay to OOT.
  18. To me every project is different and appeals to many different people, its really in the eye of the beholder.
  19. Yeah you need to update your video plugin as that one doesn't load or support some of the higher res textures. Download this plugin, it will fix the problem. Its the most updated version of Rice Video. http://emu-1964.googlecode.com/files/Rice%20Video%20R75.7z
  20. I have to say I'm impressed with how things look though I do believe the sacred forest meadow could be better.
  21. Yeah it looks really amazing honestly! I am really impressed with how well Nintendo did with a remake of it.
