"...yeah..." Ethan mumbled, lowering his head. He turned towards the exit of Victory Road and headed out, Cynder following him. The fire starter was frustrated that Ethan couldn't finish what he wanted to say, but seeing the heartbroken look on his face as they left, he couldn't hold it against him.
-
"Oh Len..." The brunette murmured softly, gently pulling the blonde into a hug.
-
Ethan turned bright red, "N-never mind!" He stammered, looking away in embarrassment. Cynder facepalmed, "Agh...so close!"
-
Haru entered the kitchen going over to the blonde. "Len..." He spoke softly. "Are you alright?"
-
Ethan blushed more, grinning faintly. "I...I will." He paused, biting his lip. "S-silver...I...I..."
-
Haru looked worried, "Excuse me." He said softly before hurrying to the kitchen. Koto blinked, wondering what was going on before she turned to Kaito, "Please come and sit down." she said softly.
-
Ethan smiled a little more, blushing faintly "That....means a lot to me Silver."
-
Haru's expression softened, "You don't need to pay. We'll be happy to help you." He said softly, helping the other male into the house and shutting the door. "Mother! We have a guest!" He called. Koto came into the room, "Oh, hello there." She said politely. "I hope you don't mind if he stays for dinner?" Haru asked. Koto smiled warmly, "Not at all."
-
Ethan jumped in surprise before looking at Silver. A weak smile formed, "Yeah...I guess."
-
-Fast forward to the end of Victory Road, why? Because- Ethan was exhausted, Victory Road was nearly impossible, but he and his team had made it! Now all he wanted to do was get some rest, but somehow he had a feeling that he was going to have to wait a little longer. He glanced at Cynder who was just as exhausted as he was. Out of his team, his starter was the only one who was handling everything so well.
-
Koto bit her lip, "Well...alright." Haru went to the door and slowly opened it, eyes widening as he saw the man before him. "My God, are you alright?"
-
"Damn it, Cynder, I don't think I can take this much longer!" Ethan whispered, trembling as tears began to well up. "I know...I know I'm hurting him, badly. But I'm so confused! It's not fair!" He wrapped his arms around himself as he began shaking with soft sobs. Cynder whined softly, nuzzling his trainer.
-
Ethan let his fake smile fade away as loneliness set in. He turned to his starter who was staring in the direction the other two had went. "Let's go boy." Cynder looked at him and nodded before they headed off.
-
"Oh, are you sure?" She asked unsurely while Haru politely excused himself to go answer the door.
-
Ethan flinched before pulling away, "Oh....of course." He mumbled with a slightly forced smile. 'So we have to be separated again...'
-
Haru smiled at him while Koto chuckled, "I see, well come on you two, I've finished cooking." She went to the dining room.
-
Cynder sighed, "It's near impossible. Unless they were put in yet another drastic situation, which they really don't need, I doubt he's ever going to understand anything..." He hung his head. "It's so sad..."
-
Haru gave a faint smile. Koto looked into the living area, smiling faintly, "I was wondering when you two were coming."
-
Haru's smile warmed, "I think so too."
-
Ethan said nothing but he hugged the other tightly, blinking back painful tears. He felt so lost... I don't know...I want to love you. So bad...but I don't know...
-
Ethan blushed at his stare, but he didn't look away. A shy smile formed.
-
Haru blinked and tilted his head slightly as he drew some pants on. "...Yes." He finally said, a faint smile forming.
-
Hisato's cheeks turned a faint pink and he rubbed the back of his head, "Let's just get ready, shall we?" He said with a nervous laugh.
-
Ethan blushed a darker shade of red before he pulled the silver eyed teen into a soft kiss. He didn't know why...but this kiss somehow felt...different.
-
Haru blinked before shaking his head with a small chuckle. 'Cheeky boy...'
