Using a death note is against the rules. Gimme that. *snatches death note* Our hill, but only temporarily.
-
Stepping out of the Center, Ethan smiled, glancing around. "Alright let's go!" Cynder growled in agreement before the two headed to the Burned Tower. The moment they got in there, Ethan looked around warily. "It's amazing they let people in here...it seems so unstable..." Cynder looked around, on guard. "But at the same time, it's pretty cool, don't you think, Cynder?" Ethan looked at his starter, confused at the guarded expression on his face, "What's the matter?" Cynder looked at him before lightly blowing a small cloud of smoke as if to say 'It's nothing'.
-
-Sometime later...- "It's official; I hate Ghosts." Ethan deadpanned as they left the gym. Cynder, who had evolved into Typhlosion, snorted, shaking his head. "Well, once we get everyone healed, we still have half the day, should we check out the Burned Tower?" The raven haired trainer suggested, smiling as Cynder nodded vigorously before they headed off to the center.
-
"Well then, I guess we should head out to the gym, huh?" Ethan asked his starter pokemon who looked up at him and nodded before they headed out. Somehow, Ethan had a feeling it was going to be a long day.
-
Ethan blinked, 'What the...?' Shaking his head, he slowly got out of bed as Cynder awoke with a small yawn, showing off his sharp canines. Stretching again, the trainer gave a faint smile, 'I should apologize too, but by now, he's probably gone. I guess it'll have to wait...'
-
-Next morning- Ethan woke to the sun shining in his eyes. Giving a small sigh, he sat up and stretched, staring blankly at his lap with a sleepy expression. He was not, whatsoever, a morning person.
-
Ethan turned to face the wall, closing his eyes. '...This just gets better and better, doesn't it?' he thought with a silent sigh before slowly drifting off to sleep.
-
Ethan stepped back slowly, breathing hard. Cynder went over to his trainer and lightly nipped his leg, his own way of telling him to calm down. He sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Quil...lava!" Cynder said, nudging his trainer lightly in the direction of the bed, urging him to just go to sleep.
-
Ethan winced in pain, "..." But said nothing as he went at the redhead again. Right now, he was too angry for words.
-
Ethan's eyes widened in shock before they narrowed in anger before he punched him. Hard. Cynder, no longer hiding, just stared at the two humans with wide eyes.
-
"T-tch!" He growled before smirking faintly, "Really? If I'm so soft, so weak, tell me. Why. Do. I. Always. Win." He crossed his arms. "Face it jerk, the way you treat your pokemon...well, let's just say I'm surprised they haven't run away or turned on you!" Meanwhile Cynder hid his face in his paws, afraid his trainer was going way too far.
-
Ethan was up like a shot and the sound of flesh hitting flesh echoed the room as he slapped the redhead, "You...." He snarled, "Serve you? Are you out of your damn mind!? I don't what the hell is wrong with you but obviously you have a screw loose! Pokemon are not slaves or servants and they don't deserve to be treated as such!"
-
"Tch. How would I know?" Ethan replied going to sit on the unoccupied bed. He removed his hat and ran a hand through his mid-length hair while Cynder jumped onto his lap. Ethan looked at Silver, "But maybe it has something to do with the fact that I encourage my pokemon, not belittle them when they don't win." He sighed, looking to the window, "If you treat your pokemon nicely, they want to do their best for you and make you proud. But..." His voice gained a venomous tone, "If you treat them harshly, not only will they not do their best, but you would have no right to call yourself a trainer."
-
Ethan froze, an expression of shock on his face before he forced it away. "I was told that the room has a second bed." He said flatly. "Would it be alright for me to stay?"
-
Ethan murmured a thank you before heading down the hall. Stopping at the designated room, he slowly raised his hand and knocked politely. After all, it wouldn't do well to just barge in.
-
"Finally made it." Ethan said with a sigh. He glanced around, "This place looks like it popped out of a history book..." He shrugged before yawning softly and stretching. "Better head to the center or I might collapse." He laughed humorlessly before he continued on, Cynder following him.
-
"By the time we get there, it'll be pretty late." The raven haired teen said softly. "So we'll just get a room and explore tomorrow."
-
"Ecruteak houses the Burned Tower and the Dance Theater." Ethan commented, looking at his pokegear. "They should be interesting to check out." "Lava!" Cynder agreed with his trainer as they walked on.
-
"Well, it's getting late. We should head to the center, huh?" Ethan commented, looking at his tired pokemon. Cynder nodded sleepily before they headed off to get some rest.
-
OFF TOPIC: I don't feel like having the battle with Whitney. Deal with it Later on, Ethan came out of the gym, feeling a little exasperated. What kind of gym leader cries after they lose? They know it's going to happen sooner or later! He shook his head with a sigh.

If you're a Keroro Gunso/SGT Frog fan, watch this! Anyone can help. If you can't then as the video says, spread the word!
-
Ethan made his way into the city and looked around before looking at his pokemon, "What do you think, boy? Should we rest for the night, or go visit the gym." Cynder looked up at his trainer for a moment before heading further into the city causing the raven haired teen to laugh, "That's what I thought."

My hill because I don't want to share. Nyah~
-
"Whew!" Ethan sighed as they made it to the exit. "Just in time!" He said looked up at the pink/orange/red sky. He stretched, before looking down at Cynder, "Just a little farther, boy." Cynder purred softly before they headed off.
