This, minus anime.

I like to just think of them as their title puts it: legend. When have you ever heard a legend in real life whose details are 100% accurate? In that sense contradictions between games are more easily acceptable. However, I still don't really like putting the games in a specific order so I don't see why it matters.

Try playing Ballad of the Goddess backwards. Trololololo!

I'm scared. Oh yes, yes I do.

Well obviously our need for comic satisfaction was more important to us than your having a physical form. You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?

I wasn't aware that our technology used those methods yet... then again, I didn't know even Rainbow Dash could travel that far away so quickly.

I would have said Super Mario Galaxy was the best looking game but I don't know if you mean best looking or highest resolution when you say "best graphics".

"The goal of the partnership was to be shuttled off to a far-off, and previously unexplored sector outside of our own solar system" So I guess we have to wait maybe up to two years or so for the video (assuming data transmission at light speed), depending on what you would say is the extent of our own solar system? Trololo...

Of course a calculator can't evaluate it...

I agree with the points on Skyward Sword's graphics not being great. Sometimes they can seem a little too blurry but that's probably because I spent the last few years hoping for a game with graphics that were a step up from those seen in Twilight Princess. So what? I honestly couldn't care less if Nintendo were to release a game today with graphics of the same quality as Ocarina of Time. Sure, it doesn't look as realistic as you might wish but with Zelda games it's not about the graphics, it's the storyline, characters, environment and gameplay that make the games so involving for the player. And just because the graphics aren't 'high resolution' doesn't mean that the environments don't still look great. Yes, the effects in the final battle looked brilliant, but so did many other places in the game. I especially loved seeing Faron Woods underwater. The only parts of the game that I found to be dull graphically were parts in Lanayru Desert (in the present), but they probably only seemed so dull because the rest of the game was so colourful compared with them. Well anyway, graphics are probably the least important part of a game for me. I would rate a game based upon: 30% - Storyline/originality - it needs both because unoriginal stories aren't terribly interesting 15% - Gameplay/controls - obvious 15% - Difficulty - games that are too easy get boring quickly, I need something to make me think 15% - Music - the soundtrack is important because it adds to the atmosphere 10% - Logic/physics - stuff has to make some sort of sense but unless it's supposed to be set in the real world I'm not too fussed 10% - Look - the graphics should fit the game's atmosphere 5% - Detail - how high resolution everything is So if I used Skyward Sword as an example: Storyline/originality - 8/10 Gameplay/controls - 6/10 Difficulty - 7/10 Music - 6/10 Logic/physics - 9/10 Look - 9/10 Detail - 6/10 Overall I would give it 73.5%. As a comparison, Majora's Mask would score 91% if I rated it this way and in my view that's probably the best game ever made.

My personal preference is two shots of anti-proton plasma with anti-liquid-nitrogen to fill. You could also add a dash of anti-electron syrup if the ionisation is a little too harsh for you. I would also recommend uranium-235 spread, it's especially nice on toast (brown, of course).

I don't understand what you're trying to do, please explain it more clearly. To make a ppf file you need to use PPF Studio.

Yes please, as long as you're not going to use your moderator powers to delete the 50th post every time.

Happy New Year! It's been 2012 for over two hours now. No fancy stuff from me this year so I'll just recycle last year's image:

I would really like the option to play with a Gamecube controller but I think that's unlikely. I thought Skyward Sword had nice controls but they were too inaccurate most of the time which was the game's weakest point in my opinion.

It's already Christmas day for people in Aussie land so I suppose it's not too early for the message. I don't know about most other people but I likely won't be on at any time tomorrow so: Merry Christmas Joyeaux Noël Fröhliche Weihnachten Nadolig Llawen ... etc.

No, the JFIF images are complete and should be editable in any program. It should be noted that Photoshop outputs images of a slightly different version which OoT can't read.

Link's Voice, or any other sound for that matter?
DeathBasket replied to
SanguinettiMods's question in Q & AAs far as I know there isn't a proper way to do it yet because nobody has figured out the correct way of encoding the samples. Sorry. -

SanguinettiMods's question in Q & AI think you can import sounds with it but it might not work for the Zelda games. To correct the pitch you need to change the sample rate to whatever the original samples were using, probably 22050 Hz or lower. -

SanguinettiMods's question in Q & AThe format is VADPCM. Samples will never be in a MIDI format because MIDI contains only sequencing data. I don't think there's a way to properly edit the samples yet though, you'd probably have to get them as wave files first and then convert back to VADPCM after editing, and that doesn't give very nice results. You might want to take a look at this tool though: http://www.goldeneye...file.php?id=212 -
I have a feeling any house I ever live in will end up in a similar state. I'm generally a tidy person but I have a habit of leaving all my stuff in boxes on the middle of the floor for weeks/months after I move in. Currently I only really live in one room but a lot of stuff is still in the boxes it was brought here in, which themselves are still on the floor along with my suitcase, some shoes, clothes, plastic bags, etc.

I did some of this a while back, some values are hardcoded for whatever reason but some are not, you'll find all the values in ovl_file_choose as xdaniel said. I have a few notes on my other computer on both RAM and ROM addresses of the data iirc so if I get the time I will dig them out for you. For now, here's a pretty picture:
