An NES outputting NTSC via RF might've looked like that, an Amiga 500 w/ a 1085S RGB monitor didn't. Don't do these blanket statements.

Opened up my Game Gear, caps don't seem to have leaked *too* badly. Now went to eBay and ordered a replacement cap kit. Hope I can do this!
