  1. ...or something. Just post whatever photos you've taken and like - landscapes, scenes, whatever. I'm not a photographer myself, I just point my phone at whatever might look good, so don't worry if they aren't "professional" enough or somesuch. Starting this with a sunrise from ~2 weeks ago, or "German winter sun at -1°C and 8 am" as I put it on Twitter.

Picked up my first eShop/points card, then picked up Liberation Maiden from the 3DS eShop, then had a lot of fun with (so far) the first two stages (...also kinda wish you could change the voice language to Japanese, I just read that Kana Hanazawa voiced Shoko there... The English voice acting's good, it's just... HanaKana is sooo good~!) EDIT: And of course Liberation Maiden will be on sale from December 12th to January 2nd for 4.99€. I paid 7.99€. Damnit.
  5. Zinc, a few questions to help with diagnosis and isolate the problem: Did the ROM work correctly before you replaced the title card, i.e. are you sure the title card is what causes the crashes? Have you modified anything else, and if so, what? When does the game crash, when you try to load the Fire Temple or already before that? Did you export the original title card first and edit that, or did you create one from scratch? Especially if it's the latter, could you upload the title card somewhere, and preferably not on an image hosting service so that it doesn't accidentally get converted into another format, etc.?
  6. Yeah, it takes some time for SceneNavi to load and render every room if you load a scene that hadn't been cached yet, so it lags a bit while doing so. Has a scene been loaded once, its room display lists get cached until you disable/enable texturing or the combiner emulation, or you reload the ROM/load a different ROM. Dumping models hasn't really been on my mind since OZMAV2, one reason being that the .obj format is too limited, another one being that I haven't yet looked into other formats very much - Collada seems promising, tho. However, dumps will probably never be 100% perfect as such, considering ex. the aforementioned combiner. Geometry, sure. Texturing and colorization? Unlikely.

  8. Ah, in this case it's easy to come across it, as it's (presumably) messed up texture coordinates which I'm getting on my end, too, in that spot. Will look into that soon

  10. Not yet 100% final, but I think I'm getting there. A few more options to add (ex. more in scene metadata, collision polygons/polygon types), maaaaaybe proper environment settings support, then it's "SceneNavi v1.0 Final" time. After that come additional features, like more tangentially-related stuff - resurrecting SorataVSE's actor rendering, maybe? Hey, if anything I am not worthy to have such a good user base on here, and that's not meant sarcastically!
  11. Oh yeah, #starbound IS great. Has minor annoyances (closing doors while standing in them), but hey, it's still beta. Also, awesome OST!

  13. Yeah, he mentioned that in a PM, as part of some feedback to a preliminary Beta 8 build I sent him (ex. for checking individual scene/room saving). That said, it appears to be fixed now - I inverted the order in which rotation is applied when rendering, from, as you noticed, X, Y and Z, to Z, Y and X: I'll look over all the changes since the last build again, make sure nothing broke that shouldn't have broken, etc., then maybe get Beta 8 out later tonight or otherwise likely tomorrow evening.

  19. Without either pixel-perfect screenshots or, even better, a texture rip, all this is is another "L is real 2401". Some of those characters look vaguely like kana - seeing something "つ"- and "れ"-ish on there myself - but I really wouldn't want to commit to anything.

  23. Impulse buys from a local hypermarket's bargain bin: TARFO 3D! ...uh, still need to peel off those stickers. Also had some other interesting stuff in there - ex. some Professor Layton and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon for DS - but the two above were the only copies of the respective games left, so I got those. They also had a lot of copies of Street Fighter 4 Something for 3DS... 10 to 15 or so?
