Turned 17 on January this year. I think I'm near the older end of the overall community member spectrum, but one of the youngest admins.

Sage of Mirrors, saving should be implemented in Sayaka--at least, it was implemented in one of the beta builds I received while testing it for xdan, and I know for a fact it works. You should be able to save your changes just by clicking File -> Save or by pressing ctrl+S. Kargaroc, entries for versions of the Debug ROM with the ROM header "THE LEGEND OF DEBUG" will generate this error. To fix this, either change the ROM header with a hex editor to "THE LEGEND OF ZELDA" or change the .ini settings included with the program to identify the ROM by either appending a new heading or modifying the current one to read "THE LEGEND OF DEBUG" for its header to identify the ROM.

What program did you use to make this? Most people here tend to use Google SketchUp since it's a free program, but most casual users don't know how to utilize projected textures or specific polygon mapping, yet it looks like you've done a great job with texture mapping, so I'm tempted to guess you're using 3DS Max. Either way, it's a very nice set of renders you have, and I look forward to seeing this project developed.

*faceslap* BAD RIGGY Also, nice job.

Welcome to the forum, KayoCasari! You can definitely be a huge help for the URA Project by providing feedback and suggestions for what you would like to see in the mod. If we end up liking your suggestion (which there's a pretty good chance of), you just may see your idea make it in. With that said, there's also plenty of other content to browse on the GCN, so enjoy your stay, and as Zeth already iterated, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask a staff member or create a thread in the Q&A section.

Nintendo isn't one to reinvent the wheel. I have little reason to believe in any "Wii 2" rumors because, quite simply, very few of their TV consoles have been simply a spec beef of its predecessor. There's always some sort of new feature to provide a hook for the gamer.

I'm a fan, especially of the stance and the outfit. My only qualm (if you can even call it that XD) is that because his left eye is a bit droopy, he looks stoned. If this is intentional, AWESOME, this thread just may be on its way to earning a seal of approval.

Fact is, PJ64 was last updated some 5 years ago, and it was even longer (7 years, I think) since 1.6 came out. PJ64 is essentially a dead project, and now that 1964 is actually being developed, I think the team has essentially given up. Everyone and their dog has PJ64 1.7, anyway, so it's not like their donation scheme did any good. Just goes to show it's a bad idea to try to put a price tag on emulators--no matter what you say, that's essentially what they did. Emulation fans will get what they want.

Confirmed: my sink. It's close enough to a hill, anyway.

I have heard very good things about both 1964 and Mupen64Plus from spinout. 1964 seems to be geared more towards user-friendliness and efficiency, while Mupen64Plus is in the same boat as Nemu, featuring several useful debugging features, and has a lot more customization possibilities. Both are open-source, if I'm not mistaken.

No. Why? InformationTHE HILL IS MINE BECAUSE THE SINK IS MINE My hill and sink.

It seems images are not allowed to be posted on this board, or perhaps there's a limit on the number of images you're allowed to put in one post (at least, I think Shadow Fire mentioned something like that back when he was PHPing the hell out of the forums to make it jawesome). Even I'm not allowed to post images on this subforum, somehow, so I think the latter is most likely the case. I tried moving this thread to another subforum (The Central Hub), but the same result still occurred, reinforcing that theory. So, unfortunately, I'm guessing you'll simply have to contend with URLs. Technicalities aside, I'm a fan of your drawings. I particularly like your skill in shading, something I'm not good at to any extent. To name two favorites, your second and fifth images are particularly well-rendered and entertaining (respectfully ). I look forward to seeing more.

I was wrong once again, complete, total and unforgivable fail can always drill an oil well into "rock bottom." I think I need to set up a poll as to whether I should just go ahead and give up on humanity.

This pretty much answers the questions posed in my open letter. Openness of information and a simple realization of the fruitlessness of arguing with a bunch of text would solve a lot of the problems festering in this community. That's basically the bread and butter of the whole situation.

I agree with Zeth, if you can get Oracle of Ages working I'll be really happy. It hasn't worked on any of the emulators I've tried to run it on, so I look forward to seeing progress.

You know, this is one of those times where my inner admin and my inner berserker are in perpetual war. The admin wishes to promote freedom of linking to whatever one wishes, while the berserker sees this and now wants to permaban everyone who so much as views this thread. ...Being conflicted sucks, but not as much as Rebecca Black, who is almost certainly a dangerous juxtaposition of jailbait and supertroll.

Hence why I cannot take this video seriously. Nice special effects, but every part of the song that had Kanye in it at all was awful, whether it be voicing or appearance. Recruiting him was a mistake.

The answer is obviously a fountain sink.

Even with spoiler tags (which we do have), the image would still need to be loaded, causing a fairly substantial lag for several people with slower internet speeds. So it's best to just use URL tags for this one. Aside from that, I saw this image the other day and it just blew my mind. This is some of the most impressive fanart I've ever seen, hands-down. Major kudos to the artist.

Beta Zelda 64 Shields! (Including Hi-Res)
Secant replied to
SanguinettiMods's topic in Community ProjectsI think I see the problem. The shield almost looks more like it's of screenshot quality than realistic. If you sharpen it just slightly and condense the colors into more definite shapes (versus the current blur/glow that you're using), that might make it feel more authentic. -
If it's a problem with the architecture of your operating system in terms of it being 32-bit or 64-bit, then your options are pretty limited, if there are any at all. I imagine if a note about installing the game on a 64-bit system is included in the wiki (which is presumably editable by everyone) and no way to get around this block is mentioned, then a method may not exist. The only solution I can immediately think of is installing a dual-boot to your setup to include a 32-bit OS. Linux is a good option if you don't have an installation for Windows XP or some other lightweight OS available (though may suffer compatibility issues, so it's still an iffy situation).
