  1. Have fun searching. I'm a Nintendo fanboy through and through--Sony's only victory over my heart was the PS2.

Anyway, rust should take care of that crude home-invading contraption you've conceived there.

  2. If you ask me, it feels like the Brave skin was made for this community anyway (or, at least, the modifications you've made to it and the creation of the logo and graphics make it feel that way), so I don't mind if these are all the skins we'll have. :P

  3. If you plan to continue this story, then I'll just lock it for now. PM me or another admin whenever you get the chance letting me know when you'd like this topic to be unlocked. If you don't want to continue it and really want it permanently deleted, same thing, just PM an admin requesting permanent deletion.

By the by, I like your character artwork--she's very well drawn and has an interesting clothing style.

  5. At the moment, Zeth is away working on getting settled at a new apartment and won't have his own internet service until sometime in February, most likely. That said, when he comes back, activity here will definitely pick up, especially on the URA Project. At any rate, welcome to the GCN--I hope you enjoy your stay. :D

  6. Now spinout's converter is freezing on Nemu? o.o If it's doing that, you're probably screwed, it only did that on PJ64 for me, but Nemu always worked fine. I would try a different version of the converter; which one are you using now?

EDIT: Also, I noticed a bunch of stuff in your first spoiler tag. You appear to have a problem with the way you've triangulated your map; I think you have a few quadrilaterals here and there, and you have a LOT of unnecessary faces from what I can tell. Since you appear to have Pro, you can just triangulate the map upon exporting it as an obj, so don't do triangulation manually--that's more likely to cause problems. Anyway, quadrilaterals or 4+ sided polygons would explain your missing faces, unless they have collision there--I never had missing mesh geometry except with spinout's old converter. If that's the case, I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's definitely worth a shot to get a triangulation plugin for SketchUp and try exporting this again. If you can't find one, let me know and I'll send it your way.

I found this game a few days ago, and I have to say, it's one of the eeriest and most depressing concepts I've ever seen. I'm almost tempted to call it creepypasta based on its artistic style and presentation. The author has coined this game as an "art game." It was created by Molleindustria, and the music was written by Jesse Stiles. If you're confused as to how to progress, check the spoiler below.

    1. When you exit the elevator, head left and talk to the homeless guy. He will take you to a cemetary, completing one step.

    2. While you are going to work, get out of your car by pressing the space bar and go left or right to a field. Pet the cow to complete another step.

    3. Outside the corporation building there is a tree with a single leaf. Wait a bit to the left of the tree for the leaf to fall off and catch it when it does to complete another step.

    4. Don't put on your clothes and go to work. Your boss will fire you, completing another step.

    5. Keep going right when you get to the hallway with your cubicle to end up on the roof of the building. Jump off to complete the final step and become a new person.

Steps 2 and 3 can be done in conjunction with other steps or a normal routine; steps 1, 4 and 5 will take you back to the beginning and must be done in separate "days."

What's your take on this game?

Trippy; therefore, win. Also, yay, Finnish (except the ä's) and German! :D

    Because it was win.

    Anyway, have a good day.

Isn't macro recycling just the greatest? :P

    Happy Birthday Bro! :>

Hope you have an awesome day today and less homework! \o/

This hope is already a realization: already, calculus homework has been reduced, history is nil, as is instrument practice, and I've been exempted from two of my final exams. Huzzah!

And an extra huzzah to all of you for your kind wishes; thanks, guys, it's pretty awesome being 17! :D

  9. Well, all you had to do was ask.

Also, you need your eyes checked. You DO have administrator powers.

I just gave them to you...

No sooner said than done. Sounds just like you, Shadow Fire. XD

Happy New Year, all, here's hoping the penultimate year of our existence will be even more amazing than the last.

  10. I mean, seriously, who doesn't love Christmas and the themes of corporate megalomania that have come to encompass its entire fundamental concept? :P

Seriously, though, thanks for spreading the cheer, Shadow Fire. A happy Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Robanukkah, winter solstice (with that nice bonus of a lunar eclipse this year!) or whatever the hell you celebrate to you all.

  11. I think Shadow Fire was supposed to reimpliment the tutorial section at some point, according to Zeth's request. For the moment, though, I suppose this is as good a place as any until that happens. Also, I'm pretty sure those are MNGE's notes, the comments don't look like what Zeth writes in his notes (and I think Zeth had his own set of notes about map/scene formats, anyway, and they looked a lot different than this).
