Baby, you overclock my processor

Yes, the sky is way more beautiful like this... re-texturing the sky is failed in many re-texturing concepts, but this is perfect.

The Official Post Your Ugly (or Not-so Ugly) Mug Topic
Airikita replied to Shadow Fire's topic in The Central Hub
From trolls to hippies... is that a thing these days? lol. -
The fact that it's in the Spirit Temple should be enough to clue in to some part of what Nintendo has done with the game. I mean, it's scrapped, but I wonder what it was originally intended for? Seems odd to switch a cutscene to a regular area to a dungeon area. I imagine the dungeon would use different functionality too.

Multiplayer and split screen Ocarina of Time 2.0
Airikita replied to Vexiant's topic in Modifications
Oh yeah, my crazy hacks. I'm always doing different things, and some things are thrown in with other things. My Unicat gets the odd question, though doesn't always derail the subject. The organization of data in the ROM is rather decent, and makes the process easier, especially with the wiki. ... and you're making be blush Three, lol... -
It's good to at least try with a usb adapter cable, and see if it still works. I mean, worst case scenario is if the program can't find the port.

Multiplayer and split screen Ocarina of Time 2.0
Airikita replied to Vexiant's topic in Modifications
I'm sure it's because Link is sharing the same flags for that. Cool part is I know where they're located. -
I was looking into this site before: http://www.nesworld.com/n64-howtodumproms.php If you find everything to dump it, you should be golden. I'm sure you might be able to find something. EDIT: The parallel serial cord is because of this on the back of the Gameshark: http://www.bsfree.org/hack/images/hacking_n64/gspro_back.jpg

Yeah, it's just a NFR cart. and not a special beta copy. If you can, dump the ROM Xenix, I will take a stab at it with my tools at hand.
-
Well, if you check the modifications section, there are a lot of things being done, but mostly on hold lately. Projects are fun, but take a long time to do. Are you interested in modding a ROM/game, or are you just here for other reasons? If you're looking to mod a game, then I must ask: have you used a hex editor before? It's basic requirements if you're getting started on modifying a game.

Multiplayer and split screen Ocarina of Time 2.0
Airikita replied to Vexiant's topic in Modifications
Yeah, I don't think that was sarcasm. *lips sealed* That aside... I think PvP would require Link having a function to receive damage from his own sword, then you could injure other Links. I imagine it would be limited unless it had a check for various items that could do damage. Link can't be stunned, but he can be frozen, which would be something to maybe think about. Not sure how it's set up though, but you could make the 2nd Link in the game an enemy so Link can z-target the other Links, etc. -
Multiplayer and split screen Ocarina of Time 2.0

It does now. Loving the split screen. -
Haha, Cen preaching maturity. The title of this topic speaks volumes of immaturity from him. Such childish high standards he places on himself. Also, @Conker: it's not just his hacking. He's sexist, arrogant, and narcissistic. Don't assume I was exaggerating my anger. The man deserves something harsh. I sat in the irc channel with him, and he's extremely haughty about himself. He basically preached to me not to "bite the hand that feeds [me]" being that he was claiming how much more he knows than me. His statement was not only rude, it was arrogant the way he was putting me down. On top of that, he's said other problematic things.
-
Takes him years to make a new step in his old concept, otherwise he sings the alligator song.... yeah... I agree it could be on a local machine too, it is another possibility.
-
I suspect the method is akin to ZAP's method to connect to the emulator, added with internet connection to get the proper values. Otherwise, he's only in one map, so I'm throwing out a guess in saying he may not have all the kinks worked out.
-
CEN IS A MOFO THAT HACKED ZSO BEFORE, OVER AND OVER. IF I FIND OUT HE'S HACKING MY COMPUTER, I'LL SHOVE SOMETHING DOWN HIS ARSE!!! I AM SERIOUSLY NOT IN THE MOOD. MESSENGER OR NOT, CEN IS A BUTTHOLE. I have just had a hectic fiasco on my computer. Hopefully for HIM it's just a bloody virus, and coincidence. If it is him, and I see him irl, I'll get in his face. Tired of his shit nao. Enough of Cen, he can be perverted, bent, and crazy in his videos. Why do you even feed his ego? EDIT: Also, for the video was not loading for me earlier, I don't really care as thereof the title of this topic. I'm guessing an app, or emulator, that connects to the internet to accomplish this. The inputs are likely fed through another sequence. Either way, cool, but I'm sick of his ego.
-
You know what? Cut out the wars, it's getting stupid. If this is another hacking threat, tell Cen to suck on his alligator. kthnx.

I'm pretty sure there's an age check to allow the proper display list to be used, then you can fix it to use the bow's wire. It's somewhere.
-
Not really if you consider there aren't any other producers of N64 flash carts that I am aware of, but there are different versions. Imo, it doesn't matter which you get, but just as long as they are a companion web store to Krikzz.
-
Yes, but avoid superufo.com and the ED64Plus, it is a knock-off stolen from Krikzz. Check out Krikzz website, and there should me a list of reliable online websites to purchase it from. So far the ED64Plus works, but I regret wasting my time purchasing it. I was excited the day I got it. Good thing is I got my money back, and the website seemed to have stopped selling the item last I checked, just watch out not to buy it from just anywhere.
-
Oh wow. I heard about it, but didn't look. Sadly can't afford it, but it looks amazing. Is this an Android app? I've been too busy to take a look at it. I'm guessing it's downloadable on 3DS, and I can't afford one yet.

Zelda's Eternal Youth Hack - [MORE UPDATES!!!]
Airikita replied to Airikita's topic in Modifications
Decided to experiment today: Before the hearts only took up 2 lines, but I modified the code to be less "fixed". The function I'm editing has more to it, which includes all HUD item positions. I found a way to do A+B switched, and the new heart meter will allow more to it for sure. I might place the magic meter on the bottom-right of the screen for more flexibility for the heart meter. I was planning on making the hearts just one big heart, but it seems like more editing than it should be. Although, pretty sure the new heart meter will have to be limited so that it doesn't obstruct the screen, but this will allow a larger number of hearts to be obtained. UPDATE: Magic meter repositioned too. Note: The heart meter is a custom code, Nintendo did the lovely job in making it only detect the jump at the 10th heart, so I did the work of dividing the total number of hearts by 13, forcing the jump at the remainder. This can allow me to change the width of the meter by changing one value, and practically add a shitload of hearts as I wish. Though, at the expense of covering part of the screen, lol. EDIT 2: New Rupee counter: With some maths, I replaced Nintendo's fixed routine for rupees. Ironically there was even a 4th upgrade slot, and the 4th digit slot was empty for use. It's almost as if there was a 4th rupee upgrade bag with 4 digits, but was scrapped. A perfect fit too, no code hooks, but just a really optimized mathematical algorithm procedure. -

You need to UV map it, and re-import it. No other way around it, because the model itself looks configured incorrectly.
