Full Metal Alchemist was the first anime i have ever completed. Ya its a good series but in all honesty, its overrated. One of the best animes i've ever watched has to be Naoki Urasawa's monster. Its so freaking rich and has so much to it not to mention the main antagonist Johan Liebert, and in general every character has depth and is very important to the story. Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica is another that is just amazing. Then Clannad, words can not describe how wonderful that show can be. Anyway i could go on and on about the anime i have watched but it would take 10 freaking years.

Guys Crytek has announced that if this petition https://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/crytek-uk-create-a-timesplitters-hd-collection gets 300,000 signatures, they WILL do a timepliters hd collection! Its kind of a long shot but PLEASE people of the GCN support it! I know there are a few timeplistters fans on here. ps if there is a problem with me posting this here mods, just let me know what needs to be done.

As a big fan of the series myself, I would say defiantly go for skyrim if you can get it for cheap. However Morrowind is my favorite in the series due to how much depth it has compared to oblivion and skyrim. Have you played the others? Unless your very good at western rpgs stay away from the first to. They are fantastic games but defiantly a challenge. As a hole TES 1,2,3,4, and 5 are all great games and well worth your time.

The only thing i can really say, as hard as it is you need self confidence. Be proud of who you are. If your concerned with how you look, exercise, get healthy, try and be a clean person and act like you give a shit. I'm not trying to insult you man, in fact i'm almost 19 and haven't had a single girlfriend. Imo that's something that will happen when the times right. I bet you 90% of the daily assholes you see don't give a shit about there girlfriends and those relationships end quickly. Some were some girl is gonna get tired of all that, and when she finds you things will take off from there. You have to try though. My biggest advice to anyone who feels like they are "inferior" in some way or feel they are lacking, take martial arts. Its amazing how different you feel when you know you can protect yourself, and how the mental aspect changes your outlook and everything. The last thing i'm gonna say is, dying or getting killed isn't something unnatural, living without a purpose is.

Looks pretty cool, the only thing is from the videos the game seems to break the 4th wall a little to much lol! Is the game supposed to be more light hearted or serious?

I'm gonna go ahead and talk more about Xbox Live, first off Xbox pisses me of because of the very recent dashboard, guess what EVEN MORE ADDS. Now that would be ok if online was free but Microsoft is now making even more money from those adds pls the xbox live subscribers. Either take away the freaking adds or make online free, but Microsoft is a greedy as hell company and are going to keep this crap up. I'm also going to talk a little bit about DRM. As a PC gamer this pisses me off, companies act like they loose most of the money they would make from piracy witch is actually becoming more true due to this DRM bullcrap. Do they not realize games are literally cracked within the first 24 hours of release which only punishes legit buys with endless amounts of logos DO NOT PIRATE. Why not reward your legit buyers with something like this A soundtrack cd, a nice map, a nice case, and a guidebook. Last Story is another good example, at least the first print run edition. Man I could rant all day about my problems with the gaming industry but I've got other things to do.

I would love to have some more classic jrpgs like Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Soulblazer, and FF6 just to name a few. Such great rpgs, I wish I were older during the 16bit era. Still cant beat growing up with classics like OOT.

For the my problems with mass effect 3 were game play issues i had, not the ending which in my opinion was the main fuel for all the fans just bashing it(my god one of my friends had a mental breakdown over it, its one of the funniest damn things I had ever seen). If you liked it great, to bad i couldn't enjoy it more. I think this generation started out pretty good but about 2009 is when i saw things starting to go down hill. Oh well if I could say anything this generation did great, it was the wii exclusives. My god were those good by far some of the best games I've ever played for YEARS. The wii is my favorite 7th gen console, but Pc being my overall favorite gaming platform.

Blinx, I can give you one hellll of a rant of my problems with the gaming industry so that's what i'm gonna do. The first thing i'm gonna rant about is casuals, not the family friend type but the casuals who "think" they are hardcore gamers. These are the Cod, Battlefield, Even Halo fan boys that really don't play anything besides fps. And if you like a Zelda or a Mario and especially a jrpg, they will call you gay, un manly, or wimp, fuck those guys, there the reason we have so many freaking ripoff fps. The second thing is, DL freaking C, one of the things I hate most about this generation and just one of the many reasons why this has been the worst generation for me. I don't mind the good Downloadable Contend, but Day 1 dlc and Disk locked content are utter bullshit. If I pay 60 bucks for a game, all the content should be on that disk, pre order bonuses is something i'm not to concerned with but when publishers like Ea and Capcom use the bullshit they call effective business practices, it does nothing but piss gamers off. I also get infuriated it when publishers(Ea being the biggest felon in this case) run the devs they have into the freaking ground, along with all there ips. Mass Effect 1 Love it, Mass Effect 2 Really loved it, Mass Effect 3 worst in the series not because of the ending, but because of the tacked on multi player, the cover system that was buggy as all hell, the from ashes dlc is ultimately what pissed me of about that game the most though. God no I didn't buy it, fuck you Ea and Bioware for allowing yourselves to rip the content straight form the game. And one of the last things....wii haters. Everyone knows the console is plagued with sove lware, but they have no freking idea whats underneath Go play Last Story, Skyward Sword, Xenoblade, both of the mario galaxies, Fragile Dreams farewell ruins of the moon, Monster Hunter Tri, Red Steel 2, Sin and Punishment, and so many more. After that try and tell me with a straight face you didn't have any fun. I could rant more but i'm gonna cut it short.

Haven't played Klanoa yet, I here there is a wii version is it any good compared to the original?

All though I haven't been doing it to long, My martial arts teaches me to have self control and only defend yourself, never assault others. If i didn't have what experience I do have...I can help but to wonder how different things would be if I didn't have the best patience and self control I do now. It could have been much worse. Anyway guys its been a little over a week and i'm doing great. I didn't need to post this here but I appreciate every one of your words anyway. I'm over this hole thing, but it has made me more cautious and I made sure my uncle knows I am not to ever deal with his drunken friends ever again. He is always helping me out with cash and this time was no exception but no amount of money can make me want to put myself in that situation again.(well maybe a million dollars but hell who wouldn't lol XD) Anyway admins go ahead and lock this post, delete it, whatever. Couldn't agree more(in reality i got a slim in January and am getting rid of it for different reasons). I'm gonna rant here for a bit, to start off with i'm a pc gamer because of what this generation turned into. My favorite console of this generation is the wii due to having by far has the best exclusives imo. Not only that but the console wasn't plagued by DLC and disk locked content which very few games did DLC right in the first place. The 360 and ps3 on the other hand, games started off at 60 bucks 90 percent of the time had all this exclusive pre order game content which frankly pisses me off and to top it all of, Day one fucking DLC. I cant tell you how bad EA has pissed me off as well as capcom, a company who we all know used to kick major ass, has toyed and toyed just to make there wallets bigger and ripping of the fans. EA doesn't even have the guts to admit it when they flat out did it anyway. The last thing i'm going to mention is the online community of xbox live and psn suck compared to other gens. They are filled to the brim with casuals who shit on everything that isn't call of duty or any other fps mind you. Both of the services are slow and there is no way in hell I would put my credit card on psn due to the fucking hackers. Lets not forget how bad this gens fanboys are ohh god I could rant for hours on those assholes. Either way lets hope to god next gen is better. And sony make a console that isn't a bitch for 3rd party's to dev for, then you guys wont have to put up with bad ports. Just remember guys this is an opinion, not everything I say here is fact.

Sorry to here that... someone earlier today at school mentioned I should have walked away but my uncle tends to make a big deal out of everything, its either is way or hell basically. I guess i went along with it because it wasn't to REALLY MAJOR situation. Alcoholics like the guy I was dealing with are the worst, I refuse to ever have anything to do with him again.

I appreciate all the kind words guys. Its a new day and i'm going to move on and let the hole thing go, I just wan to be prepared if I ever get caught in a situation like this again. I hope it doesn't sound like i'm think i'm the only one with issues because I'm aware others on this forum have dealt with things that are much harder. It really freaked me out at that moment when things really could have gotten really out of hand, but I cant imagine what it would be like if I didn't have the self defense training I do now. I don't understand the thrill of getting so drunk you cant even walk straight. I don't mind anyone who does drinks but please do it responsibly.

Ill try and make this as quick as i can but basically what happened was My uncle wanted me to go visit him for some reason(i usually help him fix computer problems) however he is an alcoholic and smokes as well witch doesn't mean he is a bad person but I have to question his company after today. I arrive at his place , side note I was on my way to Aikido. Well anyways he had one of his friends daughters over(she was 25, i'm 18) he needed to have me take her on a few errands so I did, she was an ok girl but had a fair share of problems( she has a 2 year old with a real piece of work dad is what she told me, she wasn't raised around the best company) Well I take her back to his place and she asked if she could have a ride home after Aikido, so being the gentlemen I am I say yes(I don't have any interest in her at this point just because of the crap she is involved and she is 6 years older than me) Well I finish Aikido and head over, her dad went over sometime while i was gone and comes out stone drunk. This guy who I just met wanted me to drive to the next town over and take him to the freaking bar. I told him no as nicely as possible, well before I take them home the girl needed to stop by wallmart which was fine. Well we get there, she needs to go inside so me and the other guy wait. Well he starts whistling to women walking out of the store and asks me if i'm single which i am. He then starts encouraging me in disgusting ways to hook up with his daughter, he was using very explicit details that made me feel really uncomfortable which caused to get a little defensive. He then started getting a little aggressive which triggered my fight or flight instinctive Luckily it didn't escalate to me actually having to defend myself from this guy, she finishes up and I take them home. I just have a feeling of disgust mixed with anger and a little bit of fear. I have empathy for anyone growing up having to deal with people like this on a daily basis. I'm very shaken up right now and could use a little advice on getting passed this and dealing with these types of situations, if i'm ever involved with which i hope I never have to deal with again. I havent been here to long but I know there are allot of good people on this forum and I appreciate any help you can give me, I have my friends at my back and am going to be ok, its just I would like to here some kind words from you guys because I really think you guys are awesome. ps is there a chance i'm overreacting?

Very much agreed, it teaches other things besides defending yourself like self control, respect others, and so much more. Im currently in college and we have an Akido club that costs 10 bucks a semester to join! if your a student of course. Its something i recomend everyone do.

Dude I havent talked to you much but I have seen and read a hole hell allot of stuff you have done for the project pretty much since URA started, reading your profile it looks like your have some depressions issues, thats something I dont take lightly. Now it may not be your reasons for thinking about leaveing but I have dealt with something like this in the past. I have told at least one other person on this forum that when you do have depression, you need to vent. My best friend in real life has ptsd and depression from a heart attack he had allmost 2 years ago when people have that problem it may seem like they can get annoyed with you but I have stuck by him through and through and he tells me now and then how much it helps. You should have some close friends, when your dealing with issues reach out for help its nothing to be ashamed of, none of us are perfect and we all have are problems. Were all here for ya man even if we all do have problems every now and then. Dont feel ashamedto reach out when you need help, I have no issues helping you out with whatever i can. SanguinettiMods, your not sounding so great either. The same goes for you and every one else here on the GCN. At the end of the day its YOUR choice to be happy, but its not always easy sometimes a little help can go a long way.
