Take Nyquil. Don't do it too often (due to its not good for the liver when taken too much), but it can be used even if your not sick. I could go deep into the medical reasons why, but its not necessary. Another thing that you could try is eating some turkey before bedtime. There is a certain amino acid in turkey called tryptophan which actually may cause your body to become tired and sleepy. Note that this doesn't work for everybody, though. I hope I helped :)
