Making your own cutscenes in MM?

Has this been done yet? I've seen a user on youtube made his own cutscene and changed the text, etc and I was wondering what would you need to do to do this. Also another question, I've seen someone playing inside cutscenes in MM, attending Anju's wedding during ingame credits, and other credits in the game, how is this possible? I'm not quite sure if he was using a rom or not. This had me curious. Also if anyone helps me with my questions that would be great. Here are the videos of what I've seen.

He just made the happy mask sales man change animations, he didn't really costumly make one. Editing animations as far as im conserened it hasnt been done yet.
