Shadow Fire Posted February 25, 2012 Share Posted February 25, 2012 In My DreamsOnce upon a time, Kaze and I RPed a Sonic based pairing, which coupled Sonic the Hedgehog with NiGHTS, from the NiGHTS into Dreams game. Essentially, I'm bringing it back. The gist is that Sonic has been having strange dreams that tell of a mysterious land, where an equally as mysterious young man seems to call home. However, one day, dreams become reality, and for Sonic, he's going to find love in the most unexpected of ways.Yep, it's yaoi. Wheee! The rain came down, lightning flashing in the sky, followed by a loud roar of thunder. The streets were empty, everyone remaining indoors. However, for a young blue hedgehog, he was like a cat caught in the rain. Zooming down the secluded streets, he soon found himself in an abandoned part of the city, too damaged by recent events to be repaired."Damn... this rain's getting too much..."Slowing to a halt, he glanced around, getting his bearings. Water dripped down his soaked fur, and with a groan, he began running again, dashing around the corner... only to be brought down to the ground as he tripped. Night growled in pain as he was thrown back. "Give up, Nights. You no longer have the power you once did." Wizeman rumbled, his eye-hands glaring at the small nightmaren. "I won't give up! I can't!" He growled, getting back up. "Fool!" The master nightmaren roared. "You act so fierce, yet you are nothing compared to me! If you won't obey, then I'll just have to get rid of you!" He brought hands up. Nights screamed in pain, it felt like he was being ripped to pieces. Seconds later, he vanished. -Real world- The jester fell to the ground with a dull thud. What he saw made him gasp. It's... him... Noticing the jester in obvious trouble, unconscious and out in the storm, the hedgehog gritted his teeth and lifted the other male into his arms. "Jeez, you're freezing! I'd better get you out of the rain... but where to?" Suddenly, he noticed a house that was open. But noticing the shivers, he instinctively clambered into the bed beside him, placing his arms around the other. Let my warmth assist you. But... how... how are you here? You're in my dreams... Eyes opening again, he locked them onto the jester's. "You protected me... When I had nightmares, you appeared and helped me face them. You... you told me that I could always see you if I needed.
