Equipment screen load time

In any of the n64 emulators and plugins i have tried (currently using mupen), the equipment screen takes like 7 seconds to load were as on my n64 its instant, its only a minor issue but is there any plugin or anyway i can fix this minor nitpick and while i'm on the subject of plugins what is the best one for texture replacement as of now.

This fixes the subscreen delay for all these versions, perhaps using these codes you guys can make a Debug version, I couldn't find it.

 

And I made a Debug ROM version.

The Subscreen Delay Fix is standard in most emulators. Which one are you using?
