Planning on buying a PC, Need some advice?

Hey guys it's me, I was looking for a decent PC that I can play video games on, I hope I didn't post this in the wrong section of the forum. I've been looking for a PC for some time now that can handle gaming graphics. So I was wondering if anyone here would help me out. I'll have the money to afford this so I was thinking if this will be good enough to play old school games and new games. New games like Diablo III, The Secret World, F.E.A.R's 1,2, and 3, Amnesia, The Path, World of Warcraft, and more games, etc. I was wondering if I could play any of these games on max settings, A buddy of mine said I should get this because this is a apu and I can upgrade it and what not but I wanted to know

if I can play any of the games listed above and some other games like this in decent settings with out any lags during gameplay, etc. Thanks for the help. Also would this be able to run Dolphin on it as well? I'd appreciate the help.
