Will a GC emulator run smoothly with these PC specs?

Question

I want to get a Gamecube emulator for my computer and want to know if my PC is able to run the games smoothly.

 

Graphics Card (Nothing special):

 

Name: NIVDIA GeForce 9100

Manufacturer: NVIDIA

Current Display Mode: 1440 x 900 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Comparing your setup to mine, your graphics card has a bit more memory but your processor looks a little weaker. Going by that, I'd say it's unlikely you're going to be able to keep a constant 60 FPS for most titles, but I'd wager you could probably manage 40 FPS on average, so if that's tolerable to you, then yes, it should work.

I use Dolphin often and it depends on the title. The limiter on your system is your processor. AMD processors are not all that great for Dolphin. You will need to overclock to get acceptable speed on many titles such as Twilight Princess, Mario Kart Wii, etc.
