It was such a bittersweet way to end the series, but my heartstrings are tugged most with the femshep romance with Garrus. The two are perfect for one another, and then in one move, no matter which one you do, it's ripped away. The saddest part for me was Garrus placing Shepard's name on the memorial plaque.
