These are looking great, really good work here. May I suggest the ability to change the background image on the left hand side of the program window? That may not sound incredibly useful but I've actually found situations where I need to change map backgrounds or text colour a few times to get something easily readable.

I can look into it.

There seems to be an issue whenever I try to edit text that is in multiple boxes. It messes up badly, and makes the text unreadable for that section.

Single boxes still work fine though.

Could you post a screenshot of what you're encountering?

For the record, have you tried using the various box backgrounds to test your text?

I ran across a problem when I edited text in Zelda's cutscene:

I only edited the text and nothing in the code, and this happened when I ran through the cutscene to make sure it looked okay. I'm not sure what I did wrong or how it happened, but I was able to fix it okay. Just wanted to post it in case it was a program thing. Let me know if it was me though.

I had to go into a hex editor and fix it, for some reason it had gotten rid of part of the code, not allowing the text to go to the next part.

SanguinettiMods,

Do you have any outstanding issues or requests with this tool you would like help fixing? Assuming it is in a language I know of course :)

It's written in C, but it isn't -my- program, so I don't have the source code. I was just a major contributor and was asked to release it here.

Wow. Okay? You don't like the tool that's your prerogative, but Do Not insult someone else's work when plenty of others have gotten it to work just fine. Next time exercise restraint before you post such drivel.

I needed to vent, that's all. My Scroll of Time (both versions) destroys my ROMs. I'm trying to figure this out, but there is no "Scroll of Time Quickfix" tutorials. Everytime I Google it, all I get is "Elder Scrolls Zelda Mod" or "Minecraft Zelda Mod." Imagine how frustrating this is.

Okay, two things. First of all; there's no need to be rude.

Second, if you can, provide information on what you edited, whether you'd made any other alterations to the ROM, and any other relevant information such as whether the ROM is byteswapped to big or little endian. You can check that in a hex editor.

As a final note, I assume you keep backups? Any time you use a new tool on a ROM, especially one you've already edited with any other tools, creating a backup is the best course of action.
