Most of the things you're asking for can be found on the wiki: http://wiki.spinout182.com

• BGM music values can be found on the wiki.

• Adding an alpha channel to a texture is done through SharpOcarina. You should have certain textures set aside in groups in the OBJ that you can edit individually through the Rooms tab.

• Texture animation is possible through hacks (we haven't completely cracked the formula in the game), but at the moment it doesn't work with SharpOcarina.

• The floating particles are an actor. You can find the actor list on the wiki.

ALWAYS remember to press enter when you change something in sharpocarina or it wont always save the value you typed

BGM values(you need to convert to decimal, 0F would be 16.)

I found this all by searching on the spinout182 wiki.

you can add water but you need to add a plane with a water texture in your map and not have it in the collision model.

i have no clue how to animate it

actor list:

it goes like so, actor number, object number, and all the variables for each actor.

say you wanted to add kokiri forest particles, the code is right here thanks to ctrl f

0097 0001 Environmental Effects(All/Some? variables require their own object)

- 0000 + ???? = Kokiri Forest flying Fairies/dustmotes

- 0002 + ???? = ? (From Graveyard)

- 0003 + ???? = ? (From Zora's River)

- 0004 + ???? = ? (From Graveyard)

- 0005 + 0179 = Coloured energy beams from lower part of Ganon's Tower

it says different effects require a different object. you want kokiri, so you would add an object: 0000 (double click your new 0000 object if you want to change the object number) then add an actor(anywhere) with the number 0097 and variable 0000

im pretty sure you dont even need to add the object for that one though, so yea, just 0097 0000
