Others who would get caught would get stuck chosing if they wanted to be beaten to death by clubs or be the possible next meal to a Deku plant... hmm... such wonderful choices. "Here, Link." Sollux Captor Posted February 27, 2011 Share Posted February 27, 2011 Diggs lashed out, spin kicking the Bokoblins into the walls, the impact already breaking one of their skulls, as he lashed out, his hands wrapped tightly around the last one's neck. *What are you doing?! Haven't we followed his orders?! We left you alone like he said!* "Shut up!" He hissed, he didn't really like hearing their voices, it sounded like nails being dragged across a blackboard, as he threw his foot straight through his chest, causing the ribs to pierce its lungs, as it died, as he let it fall to the ground. As the creature died, exploding into a puff of smoke, the blond sweatdropped. "Wow..." he deadpanned. "I'll be sure to tell Ilia not to piss you off..." "Wow..." the blond muttered, giving a slight grin. "How'd I know that we'd see you again?" Smashing the cage open and letting the monkey out, Link watched as it scurried towards the door, stopping in front of it to jump up and down. "Between you talking to animals, and me hearing the voices of the gods... heheh." The blond chuckled, giving his beloved a kiss on the cheek before heading into the next room. Instantly, he froze. "One dead giant... creature with eight legs... coming up." He quickly rushed into the room, shuddering in fear as the spider came down, attacking. Link smacked back with his sword, before stunning it. Quickly feeling its aura, he performed a Finish on the spider, destroying it. "Heh..." he chuckled darkly, still shuddering. "Therapy..." Placing arms around the brunet, Link gave a smile, before pressing a gentle kiss to his cheek. "Hey..." he said softly. "We'll find a way... I'm sure tha-..." Link was interrupted as the room began to glow a bit, a treasure chest appearing on the ground. Link raised an eyebrow. That was... kinda weird. If he had wolf tail at the moment, it would be wagging like crazy. "Wooooah... Link... there's a short sword in here. I bet I could use it." "Hmmm..." he mumbled. "I'll open this one..." Cautiously opening the chest, he reached inside, bringing out another wooden shield. This one had a completely different design though. "That symbol..." he murmured. "Diggs... it's just like the symbol that was on you as a wolf. I guess this one belongs to you." Passing the shield over to the other boy, Link couldn't help chuckle. They came to crossway that had a lowered bridge too low to reach them to the other side, as Diggs pulled out the lantern, trying to get a better view of everything. "It's certainly very..." Suddenly, Link noticed unlit torches nearby, arranged on the edges of the platform they were standing on. "Diggs..." he said excitedly. "Light the torches with the lantern!" He went over to each of the torches, as he brought the flame over them, allowing the old torches to be lit once again. Sollux Captor Posted March 1, 2011 Share Posted March 1, 2011 Diggs went over, and easily pushed the door, as it moved backwards and opened up, allowing them to step outside, as they found they were in front of a bridge that seemed to lead to the upper part of the temple, the wind around them blowing crazily.
