haddockd
Not sure if this is in the right section but ran across this as well on my travels. Here is the description from the site (this is not my tool): GC-Tool is able to replace data in a GC-ISO image. It is able to replace user-data (normal files) as well as the DOL file (which isn’t visible in the TreeView) I actually dont know how useful it is or isnt and it doesnt seem specific to Zelda GC games either. http://snesorama.us/board/showthread.php?173300-(NGC)-GC-Tool-Version-1.20-BETA-366KB Edit Fixed link
Zeth Ryder
I've used this tool, it works perfectly! The only thing is the file cannot be bigger then the original file you replaced.
xdaniel
There's also GameCube Rebuilder - http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/619/ - which can rebuild an ISO from the extracted data, IIRC also allowing files to have a different size than the originals. It is rather slow, tho, depending on how big the game is.
