Why I don't think the Wii U isn't a bad console. "PLEASE DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE CONSOLE PLEASE"

The reason I said "Please don't read if you don't like the console" is because I don't want any one to start flaming the console and saying harsh words. I hope you can respect this, thanks.

 

I know there are many complaints about the Wii U lately, I just wanted to state out my opinion. I'm hoping I'm not offending anyone who doesn't like the Wii U that much. I'm just giving my own opinion on why I like it. Well for starters, lately, I've seen posts on different boards bashing the Wii U. I don't know why the Wii U is being bashed, its a pretty nice console. I own it and I think its pretty good for games like Monster Hunter, The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bro's, etc. Well the thing that annoys me the most is the die hard co-graphic gamers. I don't know why these guys want the Wii U to function more like the Xbox and the PS3. Because the Wii U isn't the Xbox nor the PS3 it's a family platform. I've been saying numerous of times, if you don't like the Wii U, then don't play it.

 

Now I know I might get some comments from others who don't agree with me, do so if you wish' every other console has its pro's and con's. Wii U is not the bad console that has its cons. If you look at the Xbox 360 and PS3. They both have their own pro's and cons. Like how the Xbox 360 has the RRoD "Red Ring of Death" and the Ps3 has the YLoD "Yellow Light of Death" I've had my Slim PS3 for over a year now and I have never experienced any problems with the YLoD. I can state why PS3 and 360 has its own pro's and cons. But I don't want to get into too detail, if you want you can show their pro's and cons. Well the reason I made this thread is to get people to understand the Wii U is not a bad console. It has some great games, and more games coming are coming to the Wii U soon. I've seen a list of them and they look like pretty decent games.

 

I've heard Iwata might resign from Nintendo due to the fact the fans want a more "Elite" Wii U console that could play games like Call of Duty, Halo, etc. And I don't understand why do we have people that keeps bashing the Wii U? Nintendo has made previous Nintendo consoles and games that we all love. It's irritating that people are taking it to a point where Iwata might resign over something so pointless because he can't give the fans what they want. It's like rushing through a Zelda game, the fans want something, they rush it. It turns out really crappy. I don't know who's fault it is, but I just wish the console hates will stop. I am sorry if this sounded like some kind of "Rant" but it's really getting to the point where I just want to facepalm every time I see people bash a Zelda game wanting it to have Call of Duty graphics or bashing the Wii U trying to make it run more like the Xbox.

 

What are your thoughts and opinions of Iwata possibly resigning, etc? Please share your comments.

Wait.... I think that title has one more negative than it should... My opinion is simple: Don't like it, don't buy it. Unfortunately there will always be rabid teenagers that need to have opinions on everything and these opinions must be always the right ones.
