"I thought you trusted me... why do you lie to me?" The crimson guardian released the green hedgehog's arm, before turning away, his fists clenched tightly. "One-sided feelings..." He mumbled a little bit, as he glanced over at the older echidna. "I'm sorry... I just saw Tails kissing my big brother just a few minutes ago... it hurt... a lot... forgive me for not telling you the truth... I just didn't want to drag you into it..." "They finally admitted it to each other. I'm sorry, Manic... It was going to happen sooner or later. It sounds harsh, but you'll have to get used to it. "You, Sonic and Tails were always together. Sonic teases me enough as it is, but to find out that I love you. I think he'd be a bit protective... considering my strong ki. That's another reason. Into the ruins... it is the only way to understand... Turning to face Manic, the echidna gave a smile, before nodding. "It's fine..." he said. "Only the bat girl wanted the Master Emerald... but she's kinda busy now with an honest job. I'll be fine in the ruins. Trust me."
