Well now, it's gonna be hard to beat ole JSA at spook tales.

My cousin was first.  He saw a Skunk Ape.  Would have ripped my back door off if he didn't guard the place with a hammer for the rest of the night.  From then on, I slept light, and always carried a gun.

After that, he saw one of those silent black helicopters. (Justin lee, do join the forum if you ever google your own name and find this place.)

Thats two down, but the third one happened to a group of us.  We were out in the earily morning hours, and watched stars..well...

We saw stars *skipping* like stones on a creek!

Turns out, before it was all over, four of us had seen UFO's.  That will haunt me for the rest of my days.

*Turns off the flash light*

Your turn.

Lol @ skunk ape xD

I haven't had any personal experiences myself other than taking pictures in my dads room while it was really dark and seeing purplish, bluish orbs in the picture. The windows were covered all the way with curtains, and reflective surfaces like TV screens, and ect were not in the picture so I don't know how to explain those.

My dad says his house is haunted, but other than that one time I took the pictures I hadn't seen, or noticed anything other than a few creepy bumps, and creaks in the night.

So, I remain skeptical about how haunted it is, but he's been saying for as far back as I can remember the place was haunted. It's an old place that was built the 1800's, and supposedly some rich guy that played a piano a lot died their with his wife. My dad claims to have heard the guy playing piano in the basement back when he was a kid living in the place. There's supposed to be other ghost who behave differently, and do different things.

One messes with my step sister a lot, turning her TV off, and other electronics on like the alarm clock radio in the middle of the night.

One steals things, and returns them placing them in a totally different spot a week, or more later.

One knocks bread, and other things off shelves, and counters.

This story is super legitimate too. My great grandmother passed away in that house, and everyone believe she still haunts the place, but she's looking after everyone.

One day someone tried to break into the house in the middle of day, and my parents own a business on the same street of the house, but at the top of the street. So, when they found out someone was breaking in my step mother calls the cops, and the cops said they were already on the way, and that someone had called the cops from the house phone of the house address. There is no house phone at that house, hasn't been one in years. Everyone just uses cells. Everyone thinks it was my great grandmother from beyond the grave. Thing is my step sister was pretty close to getting dropped off at the house around the time it was being robbed so good thing everyone noticed in time, and someone, a ghost, or not called the cops.

Honestly though, I'm not sure how much is truth about the guy playing the piano, my dad has heard it he claims not all that long ago too.

I think sometimes they just try to mess with me, and spook me, but then again maybe not. I doubt everyone would be getting together to talk about how they would lie just to spook me.

My turn *takes JSA's flashllight and throws it away*. It's not a scary myth or anything, but a legend that has been going around my town for hundreds of years.

In 1598, Rees (the town I live in) was conquered by the millitary captain Mendoza, since it was lying rigth by the Rhine, making it a good spot for shipment and all that. And that's the time this legend takes place in. During that time the Dutch had lead a war for freedom (or something) so the spanish soldiers who were stationed in Rees were supposed to be on guard duty. One of the commanders wasn't really sure if his soldiers were taking guard duty serious though, heck, he wasn't even sure if they had what it takes to be ready whenever something terrible could happen, so he decided to test them. So at night a bear climbed over the townwall (I know this sounds unbelievabel, but that's how it goes), and scared the shit out of the soldiers, making them run away as fast as they could screaming in fear. One soldier though actually had the courage to stay, and shot the bear, not realizing that it was their commander who disguised himself. The commander died due to the bullet hitting his chest.

I guess his plan kinda backfired... But now our soccer teams have a nice mascot :D

In 2005 I started Secondary School (which in the UK is the school you go to before College) not too far away from a site known as Poole Hospital, if I remember it was an isolation hospital for people with contagious diseases, scary place. Every-time that people would talk about it they would always talk about the fact it was used in, some form of ritual worship, Devil worship apparently, like after these rituals, people would find dead animals tied to trees and other weird things like that. There was talk of it being haunted, but no one was sure. That was kind of the local myth back then, but everyone believed it.

That's some creepy junk JamesAndrewHarris.

Now where do I begin?...

Ok, well..

I live in The US, in Georgia, in the mid westernish section of the state. This part of the US is well known to be haunted at many places for many reasons. Two big ones I can think of is 1. The Civil War, and 2. The many to be claimed witches that lived, and died here in the old days. We've got everything here from dead soldiers seen haunting the highways, fireballs rolling beside your cars and vanishing, haunted churches, old asylums, haunted graveyards, schools where tragic accidents, or murders happened, and many dead witches who are still said to be seen to this day. And that's not even the tip of the iceberg.

The state of Georgia was founded in 1788 after all, as young as this country is, it's one of the oldest states, somewhere in the first 13 list.

One of the most famously haunted places close to me is The Witches Graveyard in Marietta, near the Concord Bridge, also known as "Cry Baby Bridge" . Now there are plenty of other well known haunted witches graves, but this one in particular is one of the most famous here. It's in a graveyard, where obviously she was buried in a graveyard where others have. This isn't common, and is probably false. Another thing to note is the bridge itself near the witches graveyard is supposed to be a very haunted place. There are two haunted houses near the place, where a double murder happened too.

If you try to google the stuff you might get some false information, like people saying the Concord Bridge isn't even there, or you can't park on the bridge (will explain why people would park on the bridge later) I've passed over the bridge many times in the past few years, and it is there. The bridge especially, and the entire surrounding area is very creepy,  it's located in a old dark, and curvy back wood road. It's pitch black their at night. I'm not sure how old the concord bridge is, but I do know it's pretty freaking old, and that The Witches Graveyard has been around since the 1800's. Some people have been rumored to have never come back after going in at night. Some people have seen other people dressed in white robes in the graveyard... could be Klu Klutz Klan members who possibly killed whoever entered maybe??.... some people think they're ghost.

I don't even really think anyone has actually vanished in their though.

People have heard, and felt knocking from beneath the ground. Even the most skeptical people will admit that the temperature is colder inside the graveyard opposed to just being outside it. Reporting's of hearing sounds that can only be described as banshee's. Many other rumors, myths, and legends surround that place.

This is the Witches Graveyard

That place is creepy looking.

While this isn't the scariest most famous area it's one of the few more known with all sorts of story's surrounding it. Later I should talk about The Devils Turnaround, I'd like to go their with some friends and record it at night.
