Multiple floors and maps

Question

Hey all! I'm working on an Ocarina of Time (Debug) mod with my pal Xenix. I just finished modeling the intro dungeon, which is about three floors. We have no idea how to make the game recognize these are all different floors (As well as the map changing). Could we get some insight on this?

If we're just talking about linking different rooms in a dungeon, Jason has it right.

If we're talking about the ui for the pause screen/ bottom right minimap, we don't understand a whole lot about how it works other than what files hold the data.
