Bottle on B

Whilst normally playing, I played the sun's song, did something and got fairy bottle on B. Anyone got any ideas on how this came about? Looked on zeldaspeedruns but it doesn't list playing songs as a way of getting bottles on b. Using oot3d. Have now 5 bottles but lost bow

You said you played the song, and "Did something" What was the something? With something as complex as OoT everything is important. Also, were you playing on a cart?

I dropped a bottle of bugs on the floor and picked them up again. (That was before I played the song) The next time I tried to swing the sword, it was a bottle

I wasn't aware that you could play 3ds games without a cart. So yes.

Sorry, didn't catch the "3d" on there. Who knows what caused that then. There's a billion glitches started by dropping and picking up a bottle of bugs...
