I ended up making OoT look a bit like a PSOne game (I was using my memory with Spyro PSOne games to get it to this point). This is generally not a mod, it's just plug-in settings that anyone can do without any special software. Posted this through Steam's In-Game Overlay (since I launch the emulator through Steam).
