Nintendo is a marketing master-mind

As the title of this thread suggests, Nintendo is full of marketing master minds. When the 3DS was first announced my initial thoughts were: "Well that's cool but mobile gaming isn't my thing." Then Nintendo announces an Ocarina of Time remake for the same console. My thoughts change to: "If I don't get this the day it comes out I'm going to kill someone." Nintendo is guaranteed to sell more of this console than they could possibly imagine. That's what happens when they remake one of the most popular and highly rated games in the world. You sell millions. And Nintendo isn't Activision or any other big name company. So due to that we know they are going to put their heart into creating this game. It will be well worth the wait.

 

For those of you saying that you knew this fact already, I don't care if you did. I just felt like sharing.
