Tell-Tale Heart Posted April 24, 2011 Share Posted April 24, 2011 That's the cover page, but it's been awhile since I drew this, so I've improved more (and yes, I'm coloring the Emil x Marta fan-art as we speak.) Anyway, the story has changed quite a bit since I last posted it (Back in the old GCN), such as Annabell's name is now Alita (Her parents were drunk when they named her is the excuse, but just as a reference, many people on Earth still accidentally call her Anne.), the main bad guy pretended to be a human and owned a chemical company was out to kill Lumin (Lumin is the the guy on the cover page), but now he's a minor character and is mostly seen in flashbacks (He's killed early on by a "Stray bullet"), and the new main bad guy will be a surprise. And instead of the whole story taking place on Earth, only the beginning and some flashbacks will. The rest will take place in the world Lumin is from. So here's the story chronologically so far: The bad guy who was the main bad guy but isn't anymore, Solinti Yreav, is of a race that ages depending on how densely populated they are in a 2,000 mile radius, (Approximately) so if there aren't many around, say, less than 10, they could live forever, in theory. Unfortunately, the population depends on their race, the Vlativ, and Lumin's race, the Dream Syphons. So Solinti and his family left their world to Earth so they could live a very long time, but after awhile, Dream Syphons also came for various reasons (research, etc.). But they were only a small percent of all dream syphons. Solinti's family were high in power, so they convinced the humans to start a war with the dream syphons, wiping all but three out. Lumin, Valenti and Onyia. Onyia was Valenti's wife, and the three dream syphons lived in a small underwater research facility that their race built. Lumin started to work on a portal to get them back home, but Onyia and Valenti went to live like humans. And I'm tired of typing, so I'll explain the rest later.
